Delivery was left to fall on a custom motorcycle (over 100kg timber).
I contacted them - no response.
No impressed!!

Terrible experience. I placed an order for 4 planks of wood a week ago and still haven't received any shipping updates.
I reached out via email and Facebook and was told that they would look in to it but I heard nothing back and after emailing for the past 2 days without reply I am beginning to think they have taken my money without any interest in fulfilling the order. £25 for delivery is a scandal when they don't even deliver.

Useless company, communication poor. Suppose to have had a delivery within a 5 working day window (needed a job doing fast, hence the reason I chose them). 8 days have passed and I have had to chase them 3 times and send an email complaint, they fob you off saying its with the suppliers and they will ring and find out. 3 phonecalls I made to them and they gave me that same answer everytime. I have now missed my timeframe to get the build done. Absolutely useless this company is, go elsewhere! I have now cancelled the order after another one of their pathetic excuses.

Awful to deal with. They dont hold any stock, they just drop ship it from third parties. Their stated delivery dates are 3-5 business days. What they dont tell you is tit takes them nearly 2 days to send that order through to their suppliers, who may or may not have it in stock, and then are quite unlikely to be able to deliver it in the promised time frames.

My first order went through fine, however I had to reorder some more decking boards as there was an extention to the project.

When the boards arrived they were completely different (grooved both sides, instead of a smooth side). As the decking was smooth side facing, i had to get the boards changed.

Seemed simple enough on the first call - but since then, nothing.

The wrong boards are still outside my house. 4 calls have gone by where ive been promised a resolution, with no follow up.

I have just sent an email threatening them with a charge back if this doesnt get resolved today. However, this doesn't resolve the fact I can't source identical boards and we have been waiting over a month to complete this project.

Easy to use website, very competitive pricing, above all cheap delivery charges. I looked at other sites and they wanted more to deliver than the wood itself. A welcome call before delivery, giving an eta and a very helpful delivery guy.

Ordered timber and decking boards for a project, had assigned the time, however received an e mail notifying of a delay with an update on delivery the following day, nothing received. One week later no material or confirmation of a delivery date. I don’t know if this company is just a broker or a proper merchant, but certainly would never recommend them or use them again.

Seems to be a common issue with this company, delivery times... 5 days passed still no delivery, called and called, finally got through, they blamed the local timber yard who full fill orders, called them to try arrange collection, they filled in the blanks, they had placed the order only 30 minutes before! So 5 days passed and no order had actually been placed, beware if you expect your order within the time said, as you wont get it! Useless.
