The Bestcare hoyer sling I ordered is very well made.
Good quality materials and great sewing. I have zero worries about falling.

They were polite when ordering. Also Jay called to make sure everything was correct before sending.

Is that what you're supposed to hear? Totally forgot what hearing was until it wasn't and now I am surprised again and again as I can now hear the birds I've been feeding for years..

Delivery still not received

You sent me the wrong parts last week.
I wrote a note and Taylor replied appologizing and promising to send the right parts right away. It has been a week and I have not yet received the correct parts . I wrote another email today, hoping to get an ansewr , soon.

Your staff was very efficient and professional. I got what I ordered in a prompt and timely manner.

The customer service on the chat was great. They did tell me the leg/foot supports raise but they actually do not, but luckily we don't care about that. She said it is so comfortable and easy to maneuver that she has a new lease on life (91yo). It's a beautidul wheel chair, no sharp edges with an extended arm rests and a higher seat. Everything was extra on the Karma site so we saved a lot by buying it on DME Superstore, and it arrived assembled!!! Thank you

Website say 5 days to deliver bed we ordered. Hasn’t arrived and it’s been several weeks now. We got a message that it would be delivered this week then we get a call that it hasn’t arrived.

Your response 3 days ago says it was shipped earlier this week. Still nothing and no email telling us it’s coming or when it will arrive. Banner or no banner. You use your website to fool people.

Customer service was fantastic. Taylor helped me with wheelchair and accessories selection. He had everything shipped so that I received packages within 24 hours of placing order. DME appears to have best pricing and most extensive selection of merchandise. Very happy with this transaction and highly recommend them!

Received the product without incident; however, delivery should have been made in the rear of the house, not the front. The address clearly stated Apt #2. I am disabled, and it was a bit difficult to retrieve the package.

I still have not received my cup holder!

I am reluctent to purchase from a company I don't know, but after looking at other sources I decided to take a chance on DME. I'm glad I did. The Rolloy not only arrived promptly and well packaged but the price was better than I expected.

The product is fine, I was unable to maneuver in my small apartment. Tried returning , I missed the small print that states the return you pay for & the 15-20% restocking fee. I cannot afford to send it back & I don't want to throw away the restock fee. I am not happy! I'm now paying for a chair I cannot use. I'm putting it back in the box & I'll store it in the garage
. Read & be careful what you buy. I live on my social security, this hurts!

The shipment/delivery was too long of a wait.
The box was extremely damaged.
Price was high.
Picture was deceiving, thought bar length would be longer.
