I ordered and paid for an audein hearing maintenance set, never received, calls made and texts sent, no answer, no response, what a shady miserable outfit. I would caution anyone to not do business with these clearly crooks.

Top notch customer service

This company honestly goes above and beyond for its customers. I had to get a wheelchair in a short period of time before a family trip. I used the chat feature on Saturday, asking if it would be possible to receive it by Thursday. Keep in mind I live clear across the country. I thought there would be no way but they assured me.It could be done. This was the fourth company I tried. I placed the order right then and by the time it's shipped the delivery day said Friday. No fault of DME at all, entirely FedEx. They had no, obligation to help me and had already fulfilled their duty.

Regardless, they ended up taking multiple phone calls from me.Lots of emails. All in a panic. They arranged to have it shipped to my hotel instead. However, like a bad dream that changed the arrival to nearly a week later, when I would be back home again. They really went out of their way to help me figure out how to get it. Eventually, I just intercepted it at the shipping center on my way out of town.
When I emailed the company to let them know they rejoiced with me.And I really felt they cared. I highly recommend them.

Good product

Got what I ordered. System tracking needs to be improvements. Order Said should arrive in 3 to 4 days and ended up being almost 2 weeks with hardly any tracking updates

Empathetic Customer Rep

My order was not delivered in the time DME said it would be and this would cause us to have to lift heavy mobility scooter batteries on a three week vacation. The DME customer service rep was empathetic and credited my charge card and promised to send a free one as a courtesy for DME's failure. It was all good. Thanks!

They take your money & don't deliver item

Ordered the audien maintenance kit, 2-4 days delivery it's over 2 weeks, still nothing,the website is hard to use, trying to find out when I will get it, no luck don't buy or order from them, they took my money fast,now they could care less.

Reply-again.I never received anything, so nothing you sent me should be concidered as being delivered.

Taking a veteran for a ride!

So easy to order! Amazing light weight travel wheel chair so my father in law who served 22 years can get out and enjoy the country he fought for years ago. I really enjoy being the motor but with this new chair, it should be a bit more of a stable ride!

Loving my new ROLLZ🥰

I bought a Rollz rollator and just used it 3 days ago. I’ve had maybe 7 or 9 rolling walkers in the last 7 years. One was a German $1100 outdoor rollator with chunky pneumatic wheels. But this new Rollz is without a doubt, the BEST one I’ve ever used. It’s got a beautiful evergreen color paint job too. The bag/basket on the front is massive and if you need to shop, it’s got plenty of space for 2 plastic bags of groceries. It rolls very smoothly and is easy to fold for travel. It’s not as light as my ACRE carbon fiber rollator but it’s close. Definitely going to stick with the ROLLZ brand in the future. If you need to use a rollator and have to maneuver it in and out of the car every day, THIS is the rollator for you.
