DME Superstore Sales is the Best
DME Superstore sales and staff went above and beyond to help me purchase and get a lift chair to Florida under some very time sensitive circumstances.
It went so smoothly and quickly. They chose a great delivery service to complete the order. The staff at SouthEastern Freight Lines finished the order.
DME Superstore was there for my several emails (Taylor Davis, Sales) and also the person on their chat when I was inquiring about a need for less than 2 week delivery time.
If I have other medical supply needs I will definitely go to DME first.

Not a great experience
I didn't have a positive experience. My product was "shipped" but after two weeks tracking showed it had not moved at all. Took awhile t reach customer service to cancel the order but once I did they refunded promptly.

Lack of clear communication and customer service
No person to talk to concerning an order delay.
Only a chat box
Delay in order being shipped and there was never any response from the company as to what the delay was.
Finally got it a month later not in 2 to 3 days
I had to reach out to find out what was going on.

I am a first time buyer and
I am a first time buyer and, so far,my experience isn't great. I'm trying to get an update on my order and the only means of contact is some stupid basic generated response. Leaving a message isn't helpful, although I left one, because it hangs up on you about a minute into the message. Not a single human to speak with about my order and the fact the FedEx info hasn't updated and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. I want a response about my order, or a refund. Not a very user friendly system when you can't talk to anyone for reassurance, esp with a 500.00 item in limbo somewhere.
Edit: I did finally talk to someone Sept 2nd and she resent the item right away. I did get shipping confirmation but the date changed from Sat to Mon and now to Thursday. It's now showing tracking progress, but, the delays in shipping larger products are annoying. I ordered an electronic bp cuff and it arrived in 2 days. Still waiting for the scooter for my mom, so, fingers crossed, it arrives this week.

Horrible consumer service
Horrible consumer service. 10 emails and 2 voicemails later my father finally got a walker. It wasn't the one he wanted and I ordered which was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days. This walker was out of stock which I only found out after promised emails to send me tracking info. 2 1/2 weeks later I received an "upgraded" walker that my father hates. Just sad to treat the elderly who need these devices to function, so poorly.

Placed an order on a Monday after cut off so safe to assume it will ship on Tuesday. Right?
Nope. Called Wed afternoon - no response.
Called again towards the end of business and chose a different department in their phone system. I was assured the item was shipping that very day and I would be receiving my tracking number.
Nope.
No shipment on Tuesday
No shipment on Wednesday
No shipment on Thursday
