Dollarama Innisfil Beach Road- horrid customer service from the manager in regards to refunds or exchanges. Long story short, my kids were to buy two drinks however, went to the wrong section and bought one. I went back in with them within 5 minutes not knowing of the exchange policy but was rudely told “it’s right there on the receipt; no.” This interaction was with a manager which I wouldn’t expect over $1.40. Highly inappropriate and unnecessary. And in my honest opinion, your store policy should be so locked tight that you can’t exchange a damn drink; that is over the top ridiculous! I get refunds but exchanges? Wow. BTW, Happy Victoria Day to us…. Smh

prices too high, no service. Self check is not service. Most items chaeper at other stores.

Elle refuse d'aider à la caisse, agit de manière snob et tout ce que je demande, elle sourit juste. J'ai dû laisser mes deux enfants de 3 ans et aller chercher un autre employé dans le magasin pour m'aider!!! I hate this store I will never come back.

I was double charged for a number of items, I have notified the store and the customer service all without a response. They are scandalous at how they are double charging for items and after paying your receipt is placed in the bottom giving you no time to review your purchase.

This is white Crusty ass bittt, this mayo muncher Accused me a student of colour of stealing.the first time she was like “oh don’t steal” in a sarcastic and condescending voice, we weren’t even doing anything she even followed us around the store. The Other Dollarama someone stopped us, illegally searched our bag and assaulted one of my friends and told us not to come back for a year yet because he caught us “stealing”. These worker need serious evaluation and training AND STOP BEING RACIST.

Rip off place. They display lower price on tags and charge more when I complained the kady manager at Mission BC, Store that that's the Dollorama policy. Look at the picture of Price tag on shelf and the price charge on teceipt at check out. When I ask them to retun the item I was told NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS is their pilicy

I was yelled at by a customer for bringing in my sick child as he was coughing loudly and after he had reported to them they kicked ME out instead of the man yelling

Just bought wronge item and tried to return or exchange it been told once u buy it you own it no return policy here .
never buy junks from dollarama no more and i suggest customers to be more care full about buying with this compony

Dollar rama store is a convenient one stop to shop all for customers.
Unfortunately I was not happy to see any Ramadahan decor or any items available.
There has been Easter Christmas Diwali decor year after year but not Ramadhan
What should we customers think? Is this a biased place?

One time was a good dollar store now it’s not worth it even walk by since most grocery stores are cheaper than this one and better quality( everything coming from China is crap)I recommend any other dollar stores with not Chinese products at all!

Was at self checkout and it automatically went to help needed ..I waited and waited and waited some more for assistance...no one came...I even asked if anyone worked there ...still no assistance....all while employees walking around.... NEVER going back there again...

I bought a charging cord this morning. it said on the box it was for Android and I have an Android phone. I get it home and it doesn't fit my Android phone so I get back in my car, I drive back to the Dollarama and they say no exchange, no refunds and all I wanted to do is exchange it ( the box was totally misleading) and it was just such a big deal!! Apparently you you can't exchange or return anything you buy there so don't shop at Dollarama.

Also, the staff was unwilling to help me. They lied that the manager was on a 'conference call' yet suddenly appeared when Ii said I'd wait to speak with her. A horrible experience. I'll tell all I know not to shop there.

I thought it was unbelievable that the staff at the cedarcroft location could purchase items that did not get into the shelves. I saw this tonight and couldn't believe it. It really didn't seem FAIR to your customers.

If I could give negative stars I would... I didn't think that I would have to work when I'm shopping... Doing my own cash no one to help me cause there are no employees . No price stickers on anything so I guess I just have to guess the prices now... Everything is more expensive while the quality or lack of is the same. .the fact that they have profited more than ever these past 3 years and still don't want to contribute to society by giving jobs... Just another greedy shameful corporation. Nobody wants to work when they are shopping that's why it's called customer service. Shameful.

I just phoned Dollarama and they don’t allow returns, which is lousy customer relations to start with. On top of that they sell cat food called Lean Cuts that is so bad that even the feral cats outside in the middle of winter won’t eat it. They must know what’s good, so now I’m going to have to throw out my entire purchase. I won’t be buying at a store again that sells sub par cat food and won’t allow returns.

As someone that services vehicles for a living, I would strongly recommend not using any of dollarama's auto products. I have used a couple different gas additives that have caused problems with fuel pumps, a windshield washer fluid that caused the paint to peel and stained blue around the windshield. As an accomplished mechanic I tried these products as a cheaper alternative, big mistake.
Dollarama will not take any blame/responsibility or reimburse and these are their products, very bad business practices.

Today I was at the Dollarama in the Cambridge Mall around 4:45. My friends and I were looking at a stocking for our friend for Christmas and we were rudely interrupted by one of the woman working there. When we were looking for a stocking in the back we were placing other ones to the side and she rudely told us to stop stuffing them in the back and to hang them back up, while we were still looking. She then proceeded to argue with us as well as gossip to her coworker about us. This whole situation could have been avoided if she just was polite.

The staff is friendly. The stores are well organized.
But it's no longer 'Dollarama', it needs to be renamed, $4++.
It use to be my go-to store for certain items.
At present, I can find a number of items cheaper elsewhere. There is competition.

I bought a diomand painting today and it was missing the beads it showed it comes with them and this was not the only time I have bought many thing from there if was missing few things in the package , not happy about it

I have seen at least two viral videos of very racist clerks at Dollarama, and even saw a sign on the door at one saying that they would not accept tax exempt cards for Indigenous Peoples. Rotten from the bottom to the top!
