Had limp issues with my Range Rover they came out to fix the issue within a day brilliant service couldn’t fault them

Ensure your vehicle has no issues prior to their visit.
If you're not a mechanic nor aware of any issues with your vehicle prior to them turning up and for whatever reason, they cannot carry out the clean, you will lose your entire deposit.
My vehicle had an injector issue I genuinelly knew nothing about and thus the clean couldn't be done. The mechanic couldn't wait to inform me I'd lost the deposit. He told me, if I contacted the office informing them I would get the injector sorted immediately and then rebook the clean, the office may consider wavering the charge and rebook at no additional cost. I've not heard anything from the office despite emailing twice.
Their terms and conditions do state:
Please note, if the DPF clean cannot be performed due to no fault of our own, the £179.00 will be not refundable and we will include a diagnostic report and why the clean could not be conducted
but no communication from them since.
What a way to conduct business.

What fantastic customer service from my initial phone call to Craig arriving within 24hrs of confirming booking. Craig kept me upto date with timing. Very helpful. Definitely deserves a 5* review. Very happy customer.

Craig kept me up to date regarding arrival time being as his last job over ran. When he arrive he quickly identified the cause of my blocked dpf as a air inlet hose that had come off due to a broken clip. He did a temporary repair with some cable ties to keep me going till the hose could be replaced. Cleaned the dpf with a chemical cleaner injected into the exhaust system which cleared the dpf enough to enable a forced regeneration overall I am very happy with the knowledge and service that Craig deliverd

From the initial call everything ran smoothly. The appointment time was kept to. The engineer was very knowledgeable and talked me through the clean and afterwards the results. He also offered good advice for the future.

Last minute booking for DPF clean out at home. Got done within a couple of days and just before Christmas. Knowledgable chap in the office when I had questions beforehand. Took the time to chat through things. Craig did a great job on the car (Land Rover Discovery 4) and did an oil and filter and service at the same time. Seems like a good team who know their Land Rovers.

The team here is lovely. Everyone I interacted with on the phone were great and Luke was more than happy to answer all my questions and support with appropriate paper work.
