Great service from start to finish. Engineer demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable right from the start. He was very polite, friendly and easy going and got on with his work right away.

It's been a month and we're still all good.

Ryan turned up earlier then arranged which was great. He new exactly what to do was very efficient and had the car running a lot better. He removed soot from 60% down to 2%

Arrived at time agreed. Got straight to work and advised of existing issues and offered some great advice.

Absolutely brilliant service. Right from Cam booking me in, finding a convenient point to do the repair then the engineer Dominic who sorted us out in less than an hour. Highly recommended.

A premium DPF clean was carried out on my car today, which was completely blocked by the way (the car was already in the limp mode). The service was excellent - the mechanic was very friendly and professional, gave me a few useful tips, and made sure everything was done properly and that the car is ready to drive. I’m really very happy with his service and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Told no faults found , paid £430 , advised on work what could trigger dpf system , told him can do that work myself but said he'd give me a quote anyways . DON'T LET THEM QUOTE YOU MY FRIENDS ,that's their get out off warranty clause quoted me £780 drove van less than 1/4 of mile engine management light on ( NO WARRENTY) BECAUSE VAN HAD NOT GONE THROUGH THERE WORKSHOP

JLR - Their specialist 1st came out to my house and diagnosed it wasn't the DPF but the turbo, after investigating and getting many quotes no one compared to them, even though their workshop was out of our way we decided to take it to them. Mark was amazing kept us in the loop all the way, never just added any additional work to the bill always checked and explained 1st. The car now drives like brand new. Trust is important and these guys really are trust worthy.

Craig was fantastic.
I had my car repaired at home whilst I was working upstairs . Craig was professional and he took time to explain everything clearly and even gave advise on what I need to do after listening to the rattling sound of the car.

I took the premium service for my van DPF to be cleaned made absolutely no difference to very little all lights on my dash remain DPF still blocked clogged was a waste of my money I don't recommend to anyone
