Shocking! Advertised as shipped in 1-3 days for paid postage. 10 days now and Royal Mail are showing as having not even received it from Echor. Their email system refuses to let me contact them by return of email, even though that’s what it instructs you to do. I now have to claim the money back through my credit card company!
Absolute rubbish company, avoid at all costs!

I ordered a weighted blanket to ship to my home address. It has been shipped to a pick-up point instead with no explanation. I emailed Echor and have received a bounce back stating that my email cannot be forwarded to safejawz.com, a website selling mouth guards. I have no other way to contact Echor. I cannot collect the blanket from the pick-up point as it’s some distance from me.

I’d been researching weighted blankets for a while and decided that the 9kg one this company sells, was the one to order.
My online delivery arrived super-quickly and also included a free eye mask and sleep spray:) The blanket comes with a really soft and comforting detachable top-cover (ideal for washing and keeping it clean and fresh) and ties to keep the top cover in place. I’ve placed the blanket across the bed and have honestly had the best couple of weeks sleep in forever! I don’t know how I never bought one of these before now, but I’m really glad I now have one and a super-comfy one at that! Already contemplating buying more as Xmas gifts because I rate it so highly!

Order came really quickly. I ordered 4kg weights and was sent 2kg weights. Used the contact us form to notify them but no reply. Sent an email but no reply. Only email from them was one asking to leave feedback.

I ordered 2 items and was charged for two items. I only received 1.

I ordered 6 travel bags and only received 1 bag. Despite contacting them letting them no I still haven’t received a response. Really disappointing for a company that I use regularly.

I purchased an eye/sleep mask for husband in July and wanted to give it some time to check that it doesn’t fall apart after a few months. He is still really happy with the purchase, it fits well and he likes there is space so it isn’t pushing against his eyelids.

I thinks it’s a really well made eye mask! I’ve used it for months and bought it for a couple of my friends’ Christmas presents.

I ordered a sleep mask from Echor on 6th December. I received nothing until 13th December, with no advanced warning of delivery. That was ok. However, I opened the package to find a Night Guard..... protection for teeth from nighttime grinding! I emailed Echor immediately, showing the receipt email I had from them on 6th. It was obviously a standard email as it asked for proof of purchase, shipping address etc. I emailed again. I also emailed the company in the UK who had shipped my order, Safejawz. I got the SAME standard email from them. I am appalled and there is no number to ring. This mask was a Christmas present and sam not holding my breath that I will receive it before the 25th, if ever! Don't deal with them!

Ordering system was easy to use. Even with the postal strikes the parcel arrived quickly.

The gum shield was about as good as I could have predicted for the price, was quite loose, ans not as easy to fit, doesn't turn out like the picture they suggest it will when moulded. The sleeping pills are okay I'm not sure if they're helping as I've changed my habits.

Does not work. Keeps falling out and tried re moulding several times. I reached out to customer service and no one has responded. I want a refund please!

It works 99% to block out light and that’s good enough for me. I would buy again and recommend to anyone who is bothered by lights when sleeping. Good product

Delivery was speedy. The masks, although pricey, are really good & effective- & I've tried a lot in my time!! 😊

I only received this yesterday. So have only used for one night.
However my experience so far has been brilliant. Thought I would struggle using this but so far so good. Recently I have started grinding my teeth and unfortunately only realised after my teeth had been damaged from grinding.
I woke up this morning with the mouth guard still in place and most importantly I was pain free.
