Great mouthguard for my son. Easy to mould to his mouth and he like it.

I ordered a weighted blanket early december- The money has left my account, 3rd Jan still no blanket or responses to my emails requesting information on where my order is.
my next step is to contact my credit card company to get money back.

The customer service for echor is shocking. Ignore the returns policy that they offer on their website - there is no such thing. Eventually pressured them into accepting a return after having to contact them on all their social media platforms and via email and roping in friends to do the same thing and taking it to a public platform. I’m sure most people who wanted returns did not bother to go the extent that I did and just gave up.
I was completely exhausted and frustrated by the process to get the return processed which followed zero protocol that I would highly encourage anyone else to look elsewhere for your sleep products.
The blanket is fine but I’ve tried better weighted blankets. The material which the cover is made out of is also very sweaty so just use it without but it’s quite ugly

1st order, great experience - arrived as expected, no issues.
2nd order - never received and no response or update from Echor despite multiple emails. Eventually had to file a claim through Paypal and received full refund. Will not be ordering from Echor again.
Shame as I loved the sleep candle.

My dentists wanted £300 for a mouth guard I was a little skeptical as this Echor one was £20 however to my surprise it’s amazing.

You can remould it as many times as you like by putting it into boiling water for 20 seconds.

It took me 3 attempts to get it perfect and to achieve that you need to bite down as well as suck hard this allows it to perfectly shape and mold to your teeth and jawline.

All you then do is throw it into cold water for it to keep the new shape.

I would highly recommend I have found my teeth feel no pain or sensitivity since using this to stop me grinding.

I ordered from Echor after seeing a recommendation online. The product was easy to order with accurate product information and confirmation of order was received promptly(weekend)
Another email was sent to advise of despatch 2 days later and FedEx then kept in touch regarding actual delivery dates.
The product was received well within timescales and packaged well.
Overall a good experience from searching through website to receipt of product and useful relevant information on the website.

Don’t buy from here. I bought one product and got completely the wrong product delivered (one which isn’t even featured on the website). Emailed to get this rectified and no one got back to me. Poor customer service. Poor product.

Bought as an Xmas pressie so cannot comment on the eye shades....sorry! They did come nicely packaged, though!

Bought the eye mask for my wife. It is well made and comfy and blocks out the light. The adjustable strap and the pockets over the eyes are good and make this mask better than the other she has seen.

Very difficult to fit infact I binned it

Had a mouth-guard for bruxism years ago: never got on with it. Skeptical about this (dentist guard too expensive), but surprised by the results - jaw ache/ear pain has reduced in the two weeks since using and headaches not so frequent. Hopefully there is more room for improvement of my symptoms if so, happy days.

The bite guard has really helped and it's comfortable to use. It was easy to set up too.

Excellent service, great product

The delivery was postponed several times without any information when it will finally arrive. The customer service didn’t have any other advice than “here is the tracking code”.

I have been very impressed with Echor. I was sent an incorrect item initially but this was rectified immediately and how they handled it is the reason for my 5 star review. I have also been very impressed with the anti bruxism mouth guard since using it!

As I have yet to receive my order because customs require me to pay 5.95 euro extra as you are shipping from the UK,I will pay this time as I wish to try your product but will not be purchasing in the future as it is to expensive.

Excellent service, super quick delivery and brilliant product. Not much more I can add 👍
