Am comandat un parfum Chanel no 19 care, dupa ce ca l-am primit dupa mai bine de o luna de zile si asta pentru ca le-am dat eu email, s- a dovedit a fi o facatura. Apa de ploaie, 0 persistenta.
Acum un an am comandat un alt parfum de la ei de care am fost multumita. De aceea am facut o noua comanda, dar de aceasta data mi-am luat o mare teapa de aprox 500 lei.

Orders not getting delivered. A Fraud Company.

Hello, I placed two orders on the Elefant.ro website—both paid for in full—but the delivery deadline was not met. After sending numerous emails and waiting many weeks, I finally received a refund. The second order was placed on June 19, 2026, with a scheduled delivery date of July 22, 2026; however, I received no updates regarding the delivery time and never received the product I ordered and paid for. I will never order again from this site, which takes your money but fails to fulfill orders.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered 3 English-language books that were listed as in stock, yet my order was not delivered within the estimated delivery period.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that my case would be forwarded to the responsible department. After waiting several days and requesting an update, I was simply given the same response again.

No explanation, no meaningful update, and no clear information about when I will actually receive my order. Showing English books as in stock when they aren’t and then failing to provide a proper response is not acceptable.

Ordered 2 books in English. It said it can be delivered in a week and that week went by so it became 2-3 weeks of waiting. Afterwards i just sent them an email requesting the exact estimated shipping date. They told me it might get between 29.07-10.08 but right on 8.07 i get an email from them saying the delivery is delayed again because of their logistics from abroad.
I can be very understanding and yeah things happen, but why would you in the first place, leave a product online as “in stock “ since you don’t even have it in your deposit? And i have to wait for your supplier to send you the books?
At least i asked for my money back, the call center was very helpful so that was the only good thing about them.

Ordered 3 books, received 1. More than 1 month later + communications with their claims departament and stilul no delivery and no date estimate for the delivery from their side. Meanwhile, the 2 books are still available to aquire in their website.

I give one star because I don't have the option to choose zero. I made an order on 28/04...The delivery time was between 6-14 of May...today we are on 20/05, I called and they told me they don't know when will arrive in Romania, they can ask one department, who can ask another department...So...after waiting 3 weeks they didn't know when I can have my order. The problem is that the book is for the school, he can start the project because we don't have the book to read it and now, after 3 weeks I cancel the order and choose another site. So very bad experience...

Ordered 2 books, said they would deliver in 2 weeks, let me know that they're no longer available 3 weeks later. The products were still sold online!!!

The book arrived, exactly as it was on the product page, except… it didn’t have waterproof packaging. It was simply put in a cardboard book box that doesn’t even close completely.
The entire corner of the book is wet and wrinkled…

If you think you’re going to get new, well-cared-for books from this store, you’d better look elsewhere.

Am cumpărat o carte , și de 5 zile nici-un răspuns cum că a plecat de la ei, iar în aplicația de sameday nu apare nimic. Nu recomand!

I returned 2 products( cca200 RON), money I did'nt receive back. No one answers the email, I filled out forms and return requests 5 times, to which I received automatic responses with a ticket number. And that's it! I will have to complain to the OPC, a lot of wasted time! I returned the products because they were not as described!

Ordered a perfume when it was on sale, just to get a mail TWO DAYS LATER to tell me the product is no longer in stock, because in was a 97% disscount which was odd from the start and now i know why, they most certainly realised they have made a mistake and wont sell it with the discount. And on top of that the delivery time estimated was somewhere in the middle of November.

Zero stars actually. I ordered a book in june, with estimated delivery in july. Order never received. At the end of july they assure me that i will receive the book next week (first week of august). The book never came..and received the money back without even telling me. I do not recommend elefant.ro

Really bad experience
Bought a book, estimated delivery, over a month. How's this still possible dunno. Fine I'll get it later. 2 weeks past the deadline limit no info, no contact no update, no nothing. Wrote to them and received the standard template bullshit with late orders due to high demand.
Asked for my money back and they announce me that they're gonna refund me on the amount of the RECENTLY DISCOUNTED book and not the actual price that I paid.
Save your time and money and avoid them all toghether

This company is not to be trusted

I acquired a voucher from them last November, delivered only half of it, and made me wait until March to tell me the books can't be delivered.
Made another order with the returned voucher, made me wait another 2 months to tell me the same thing.
I was forced to buy overpriced board games that were in stock just to spend that voucher.
This company since last year has changed their fiscal entity just because they have so many complaints.
You can take a look at the old company, the profits are in freefall.
Please do not give them your money.

Am comandat o carte de pe acest site în data de 7 martie 2025. Nici astăzi, 8 mai 2025, nu mi-a fost livrată! Țin să menționez, în trecut am mai cumpărat cărți de la ei iar experiența nu a fost una plăcută. Comenzi plasate și confirmate după 4-5 zile, livrare în 18 zile, colet prost împachetat, cărțile ajunse cu coperți rupte sau deteriorări ori urme de murdărie. Am apelat de 4 ori la numărul de contact, de 2 ori nu au răspuns nici după 30 de minute de așteptare iar de celalalte 2 ori operatorii au fost inutili în a-mi rezolva problema. Nu se trimit email-uri, nu comunică prin telefon, nu respectă comenzile. Este a treia și ultima dată când mai folosesc acest comerciant. Pentru a evita experiențe neprofesioniste, NU COMANDAȚI DE PE ACEST SITE!!!

Ordered 2 books, after almost one month no update on the order, like it doesn't exist at all. Just waisted my time waiting.

The package was delayed for so long. When I called, they either didn't give me any information or made up excuses. They said they would email me the location of the package and information about why it was late, but they didn't, instead I only received emails to review the call. Now I found out that the package didn't even left the initial location, even though it should have arrived a long time ago!!! Awful service, unacceptable! Don't ever order from this site, it steals our time and money! Without any exaggeration, it is the worst site I've ever ordered from, I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
