Do NOT buy from this company! I used to buy books from them all the time, so it’s unacceptable for this to happen. I ordered 9 books and paid for them. However when the order came I only received 8 books. I tried to communicate trough costumer service and let them know about the mistake. I also sent them all the evidence needed with receipts and photos included but they still didn’t want to send me the book or the money for that particular book! They simply ghosted me! They transformed an old customer into a never-again customer.

The worst. No update on my order for more than a month.

Este a doua comanda consecutiva după care am așteptat 3 săptămâni sa o expedieze deși la ei cărțile apăreau pe stoc, iar la final mi-au trimis un email ca produsele nu se afla pe stoc. Nu recomand acest site!

Ordered books in a bigger batch some were local to my country, some were foreign, I have yet to receive the foreign books one month later, I wrote an email and they estimated they will get back to me in a week's worth of time. This whole situation could have been avoided if I could access my order's information but I can't due to not having an account.

I ordered 3 products who should come in 3 days and one month later the products are not here yet

I purchased a 500 ron voucher which was invalid.after chasing them to see what was wrong,they finally sent me another voucher which was also invalid. I made a complaint with anpc.

Am plasat o comanda in perioada Black Friday. 4 carti.
2 dintre carti urmau sa ajunga in termen de 10 zile, celelalte 2 in termen de 1 luna.
3/4 carti au ajuns. iar in ultima zi estimata de livrare a ultimei carti, primesc email de la elefant ca, cartea nu imi va mai fi livrate deoarece aceasta nu se mai afla pe loc. In email era o poza cu cartea si numele acesteia, am apasat pe aceasta poza, care m a redirectat pe siteul elefant.ro unde cartea aparea a fiind pe stock, putand fi comandata si livrata in termen de 10 zile.
Am luat legatura la telefon cu multiplii angajati ai companiei, nimeni nu a putut sa ma imi explice de ce comanda mea nu a putut sa fie livrata din moment ce cartea se afla pe stock.
Raspunsul insa era simplu, elefant.ro nu a vrut sa onoreze pretul oferit de Black Friday, caci la o luna dupa ce am comandat o, desigur ca aceasta nu mai era pe site la acelas pret.
Am facut sesizare atat la telefon cat si pe email, niciun raspuns. Operatorii de la telefon au tot zis ca primes raspuns ba intr o zi, ba in 2, ba saptmana viitoare. Nimic.
Foarte multa neseriozitate si bataie de joc. Nu recomandat.
Referitor la celelalte carti. Serviciu ok, livrate la timp, ele nu venite in cea mai buna stare totusi. Colturi indoite, cate o pagina murdara.

I ordered an AC, asked them before if they have it and said yes. I pay for it (almost 1500euros) and then they cancelled after 1 week. After payment I called and told them that the installation guy will go in vacation and to tell me on the spot so I could order from somewhere else. The reason was that they don't have it in stock but when I called their distributor he said that they have it just with other price. So they didn't respect their commitment and wanted to make extra money. I also contacted Romanian consumer protection.

Am trimis o comanda pe 8 martie 2022, (platita partial cu un voucher), iar termenul de livrare estimat era 15-21 martie. In 23 martie am deschis un tichet la suport pentru ca produsul nu a fost livrat si a durat pana pe 6 aprilie, cu mai multe reveniri din partea mea, ca sa aflu ca produsul nu mai este in stoc. Am primit inapoi banii, dar intre timp voucherul nu mai este valabil.
Am deschis un nou tichet la suport, legat de voucher, dar nu cred ca mai am rabdare inca 2 saptamani ca sa se rezolve ceva, iar apoi sa incerc o noua comanda pe acest site, nestiind daca in final voi primi ceva...
Cred ca a fost ultima comanda de la elefant, desi in trecut am avut si experiente ok.

I orderd a watch and two books on the 19th as a gift for Christmas for my fiancee, at the moment of the order there estimated delivery date was 22-23rd of December, i placed the order and later that day when i checked the comfirmarion for my order (wich they did) my watch delivery date was between the 4-8th of January, i called them and asked them to cancel my order, the lady whom i spoke told me she can't cancel the whole order, only the watch.. ans the books will arrive on the 23rd, its the morning od the 25th, books did not came ( thanks Elefant.ro) for ruining my Christmas present, i order once before from them 4 yeara ago, i was very disappointed.. but now, now im furious, don't mke this mistake as i did.
Oh and they still did not refund my money for the watch!
I would give less then 1 star if i could.

I have ordered and payed for a watch and other things and after 1 week they sent an email that the watch is not in stock anymore. They did not tell me what will happen with the money I sent to them or if the order will come with the other products without the watch. I needed to write emails to them and speak on the phone multiple times and this is still in process. The worst experience from buying online I ever had.

Un magazin online slăbuț, te atrage cu oferte foarte bune ca sa adaugi lucruri în cos iar după confirmarea comenzii te anunță că fix produsul cel cu care te-au atras nu-l au pe stoc. Am avut mai multe experimente similare pe acest site. Nu voi mai face cumpărături aici, nu recomand!

I ordered a book and after almost 1 month of ordering it they said that it wasn't in stock anymore.I will never in my life order something from this site.I advise everyone to do the same.

First, they didn't deliver a book claiming that the address was incorrect when I had orders in the past from elefant.ro coming to this address. After a 2 week delay, the order came. Then I made an order for a book on stock and after one month it is still not delivered. This service is really bad.

Order came 2 weeks late and it had the wrong books.

Horrible experience!

I still wait after 1 month to get my 3 books that was IN STOCK!!!!. I call them 3 times, every time they say that they don`t have more informations. I ordered from here jusst because i saw that the books are in STOCK. Don`t buy from them! Also now on the website the books are with 2 days delivery time!

The worst ,I ordered a book and the date of delivery was until 26.02.I didn’t receive any mail or phone call to inform me about the delivery,nothing.I call them on 1.03 and they say me to wait because someone will call me back to inform me about delivery,I wait but no one call me!I will not order with them nothing because they don’t respect the customers!

Not a fair company!
I ordered a book in english one month and a half ago from elefant.ro because it was listed in stock. Only because of this I did order the book from their website, otherwise I would have chosen another website.
After I did pay the price I was informed that the product was not in stock and I have to wait 2 weeks for delivery. After almost 6 weeks still no information on the new delivery day. They say they don't have an answer from their supplier. Never again will order from this website!!
