Do not buy from this company. A suit that was said to be linen arrived, fabric wasn’t even a linen blend. Asked to return and was offered £74.00 voucher rather than £99. Now I know that it wasn’t going to be linen for £99 but I did think it would be linen blend. No point in going to trading standards as they say that they are based in the Netherlands but are a Chinese company.

Unable to leave zero stars so I have to give it one.

Jacket was the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong material and is incredibly cheap and shoddy, poorly stitched and horribly made. Not at all what was advertised and arrived crumpled in a plastic bag and stuffed through a post box (a jacket)!

Emailed requesting a refund however they refused this, offering only a 75% discount. I refused this as I’d be buying nothing else from this company and insisted on a refund. All I got in response was a series of patronizing emails from Leigh, offering more discounts as they don’t refund on sale items. Every item I’ve looked at on their site is on sale!

I have insisted on a refund and twice they have admitted I am entitled to one however they won’t process it as it’s “not their policy”. They are not unable to process refunds, they are simply unwilling to.

I have been offered a full refund if I return the item however there are no return labels so I need to pay to return the item to China which is going to cost me over £30! Which still leaves me out of pocket.

Absolutely awful service and, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Avoid at all costs, do not deal with!

They pretend to be Dutch but are actually Chinese. Nightmare from start!
I managed to get Yodel to send it back.
Then they asked why!

The package was returned to you as :-

1. You originally failed to send my order.
2. After weeks of emails between myself and a representative called Leigh from Zadaro I asked for a refund.
3. The refund was refused despite my legal right to request it.
4. Despite multiple emails with me stating that I no longer want the order then it was sent anyway.
5. Once it was in this country from China it was returned to sender.
6. Yodel delivered it to the address provided by yourselves. 
7. I was offered a 50% store credit as opposed to the full refund which I'm guaranteed by the Consumer Rights Act.
8. I still have not received my refund so I have reported it to my bank and they are investigating the matter.

Finally reported to my bank and took a week for me to get my money back!

I wish I’d read the reviews… £54 for a dress that quite possibly shipped from Wish. Cut of dress is nowhere near as described, thin and cheap. Returns process is also a massive farce, you have to ship back to china at your cost with track and trace to ensure item is returned. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT - DO NOT BUY

Took weeks to arrive, ladies denim jacket - ordered a size XL , even my daughter who is a size S could not get it on. Total rubbish.
Should’ve checked reviews first , as I normally do. My bad - oh well.
Interesting to note that the very few 5* reviews are from people with only one review each on Trust Pilot.

I ordered a jacket that looked ok on the page, took ages to get here, and upon arrival it was absolutely awful.

Scam company, only 1 shirt of the 2 I ordered turned up. It was very poor quality.
Emailed about the second shirt and all they wanted to do was give discounts to spend more money, very poor quality clothes/seconds. avoid this company at all cost. Complete scammers

DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!

Not a UK company. Item took 3 weeks to be delivered then was not sized properly. Asked for a refund and initially they apologised and offerred me a discount. Told them the item did not fit; then they said it was against their policy to refund as the item was in the sale, which it wasnt. Reported to my credit card company.

Do not order from this company. The item was very small and when I requested the refund they offered me lot of discounts or store credit but not the full refund on my credit card.
They are Chinese company with the warehouse in China. You have to pay for return to China.
I involved my bank.

The site did not appear to be Chinese or o would not have ordered...the dresses took weeks and were very small..I asked to return them and was offered all sorts of discounts which I didn't want

Terrible Experience – Do Not Buy from This Website!

I ordered a medium-size tracksuit, but what I received was more like a large. I contacted customer service to request a return label, but they said they couldn't refund my money — only offer store credit. Very disappointing customer service. On top of that, shipping took four weeks to arrive.
Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend buying anything from this website.

This company are a front for extremely poor quality goods and clothing, don't trust purchase from them.

My strong recommendation is to avoid and look for reputable alternative suppliers closer to home.

I wish I had read previous reviews before I had purchased. The item took 4 weeks to arrive and in spite of advertising as "luxury', the shoe material was so hard, I couldn't even get them on my feet! Cheap and awful. Impossible to get a refund stating 'sale items aren't refunded' but nowhere that I could find on their website does it state that! I am shocked that they can continue to trade! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will report them, but it is £60 lost as I refuse to pay to return them for a 75% credit note that I will never use.

Bought some shoes from this company, who portray they're UK based (but actually in China, as I found out).
Waited WEEKS for the shoes to arrive and when they did they are awful. At least three sizes smaller than the labelling, cheap nasty plastic materials used, really flimsy quality.
They look nothing like the photo advertised either.
I emailed them for their advertised "free returns" service and they informed me to get a refund I gave to post the shoes TO CHINA at my own expense.
Otherwise I can keep them and be given 75% of the item value as store credit.
Disgusting customer service, awful product, scammers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been scammed by companies portraying they are from the UK or Netherlands. It took ages for the linen suits to arrive, and when they did arrive, the quality was poor. The material was cheap, the stitching was poorly done, and the sizing was wrong.
When I ordered I immediately realised that I had linen outfits in my summer suitcase so I immediately went online to cancel, half an hour From the time I ordered that I wanted to cancel. I received an email to say it had already been dispatched which was a joke I don't believe they dispatch within 30 minutes of an order. They explained that it would be easy to return.
Complete lie they wont refund a product that isn't even worth donating to charity.
NEVER NEVER USE THEM please think before you buy there are not what they seem to portray.

The jacket is in no way the one in the picture, and is certainly not 100% cotton!
As others note, returns have to be to China, but the origin shipper is in the UK. For this there is only a credit note, so you have to buy more fake trash.
It is such a shame, when so much quality product is coming from China, but every barrel has bad apples.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I suspect that the good reviews on here are fake too.

Firstly the item i ordered took nearly a month to be delivered. Secondly, the item is not as described. It is made of cheap and nasty material. The colour in the photo is dark grey, they item is nearly white. It looks like an old tatty piece of material that was grey about 10 years ago. Thirdly, you have to pay to ship the item back to China for a refund. 😂 This is an absolute scam. If you're reading this review, do not buy from this website.

I order 2 dresses which took ages to come. When arrived they were both ripped. The material is awful and badly made. They will not refund. Reporting to trading standards.

I would agree with all the other people reviewing this company that they just want your money and don’t provide what you ordered. I ordered some ‘orthopaedic’ wedge shoes in size 5. They arrived and have a cork base, so not orthopaedic and are size 3! They refuse to refund me as they were ‘sale items’. All their items have a discount and this is how they get round it. They’ve ‘kindly’ said I can keep the shoes, that are 2 sizes too small, and will give me a 75% store voucher. What’s the point as whatever I order it will be rubbish and I’ll want to send it back so eventually there will be nothing left to give. I’ve basically just given them £39.99 for nothing. I will be contacting Visa.

Spoke zadora and Leigh customer services unfortunately these two at customer services are of no help and actively support this company in their fraudulent activity.
They gave ma an address in china to return their falsely advised garments at a cost to me £35 to send the items back . Criminals ! . I will now let my credit card company takes this matter over and chase both their company in Netherlands and mr li in china . PLEASE LETS TRY TO STOP THIS COMPANY FROM TRADING- IF CONSUMERS LISTEN TO ALL THE WARNINGS ON HERE AND REFUSE TO BUY FROM THEM IN THE HOPE WE CAN CLOSE THIS CRIMINAL BUSINESS FROM SELLING.

This company goes against all the consumer rights and financially tries to penalise potential customers .
The rights acts states that even china has to adhere to the consumer rights act when selling goods .
If the item arrives as not described . You order a size 16 however a size 12 arrives but advertise as a XL . Is false advertising and you have a right to a refund and not a credit note .
Please keep all your emails from this company .
Contact their company address in the Netherlands also PayPal and credit card companies .
PLease avoid this company at all cost .
