I ordered the rainbow sneakers. Its of very very Very Poor quality. They couldn't even match the colours shown in the picture, or the size - they sent me a smaller size and guess what I can't even return it cause there is no return label or address. The shoes simply Came in a clear plastic bag!!!

Would like to put 0 stars but that's impossible. Quality is poor. I ordered trench coat one size M and ended up with different model with sleeves 5 cm shorter than it should. My usual size is S so I was looking fo oversize look.
And "Easy return" means that they can give you option or have 75% voucher to spend in their shop with no return needed or i should pay return to China...

This company is a absolute joke there sending cheap Chinese rubbish my coat i ordered was wrong size and wrong colour they state easy returns but you have to send item back to china I bought my coat for £60 pounds to return it the cost.was £28 half the price of the coat never ever ever.use these cowboys again

The products are very, very poor. I initially bought a pair of ‘orthopaedic’ sandals from Elegance Urban which apart from the fact they did not fit were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever tried on. Since they do not allow a full refund on ‘sale’ items I went for a 75% store credit which I used to buy a ‘light, breathable’ dress made of a ‘cotton blend’ which turns out to be 100% polyester, totally unbreathable. They are misleading in their product descriptions and how on earth you they survived in business is beyond me. I will never buy anything from them again and would never recommend them to anyone should they ask me.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding costing over £40 but when they arrived they were of very poor quality and did not fit. I asked to return the shoes but was offered a 75 percent refund of a credit note to use in the company. I was told I could keep the shoes. I refused and was told I would have to return to them to China which they know you will not do. I will never use this company again.

All information about delivery was given and all the time was updating. But shoes I can say low quality. It just come in plastic bag like some cheap Chinese stuff. Not really worthy £40. Quiet upset.

I ordered a pair of leather 'clog' type shoes online for over £40. There was no mention of delivery times, just as well as the tracking was almost comic. It took ten days before anything happened, then I saw package had been sent to departure International airport! Been made to order in some Chinese factory? Eventually arrived, and they were so cheap and tacky looking as to be a joke. Definitely not leather, thin fabric backed plastic. Size and shape was appalling, They asked for photos, so I sent some including one of my ankle with external fixator as reason I can no longer wear solid shoes! They have offered me a 100% store credit. No way will I be buying anything from them. The icing on the cake is that I see they are now advertising the exact same item for £10.99 on Amazon!!! Beware! I am still trying to get a proper refund.

I ordered a parcel from elegance-urban.com on 20/02/2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The tracking number provided initially showed progress, with the parcel being marked as "received" on 21/02/2025, and CNE listed as the delivery company. However, no parcel has been sent to my address to date.

Yesterday, I decided to contact the delivery company listed on the tracking page- CNE. After speaking with CNE, I was told that they never actually received my parcel—only a pre-alert notification from the seller.

Attempts to reach the seller have been frustrating, with little to no communication unless I initiate contact. Their customer service remains unresponsive, and I just realized there are no product reviews on their website, which raises further red flags. I don’t know how I missed this before placing my order, as checking customer reviews is always my top priority before buying anything.

I’ve asked for a refund multiple times, but all they keep mentioning in their emails is that they’re getting in touch with the shipping company. Which company? I’ve already contacted them directly and got all the information.

I have now filed a dispute with my bank and will escalate this case to consumer protection agencies if I don’t receive a refund soon. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company until they prove themselves to be legitimate and transparent with their customers.

If you’ve had a similar experience, I recommend taking action by contacting your bank and reporting the company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Yesterday, I received the 'Green Velvet' jacket I ordered 2 weeks ago and paid £54.99 for. It was a completely different shade of green from that in the picture and the poorest quality naterial imagineable. I wouldn't out it on my dog! It was made in China but the company is based in the Netherlands.
I've e-mailed this morning to ask for a refund but had no reply yet.
I read their Ts&Cs and any returns must be paid for by the purchaser and tracked.
I so wish I'd read the reviews first.....now I expect the worst.
I will post immediately if I get any positive outcome but, judging by the reviews I've read on here, I won't hold my breath. Thank you Trustpilot.

I bought a dress in October last year up to now did not receive it. They will respond to email promising you heaven and earth but the item never reached here. They are fraud

On there website there address and phone number is in Holland.
But the company is Chinese
The jacket I bought for £80
Was made with cheap materials
I thought I was buying a quality coat from the Netherlands but it was a cheap coat from China.
They told me that I couldn't send it back to the Netherlands,
It had to be sent back to China.
Royal Mail charged me £31.50
It has now been sat in China's customs for four weeks.
Yes 4 weeks
And nobody can help me.
As the company is trading with an address in the Netherlands you should be able to send your returns to Holland.
Be very wary of dealing with this company.

So an update I contacted them with all my details and NOTHING has changed they have to wait for customs to release the parcel.
THE WAIT CONTINUES FOR MY REFUND.
It is now the 2nd of April
Still no refund
And the Royal Mail tracker says it's in customs still after all this time .
I have emailed the Chinese customs again and no reply again.
How corrupt is this.

DO NOT BUY from this company, and like others I wish I had read the reviews first. A lesson learnt. I purchase a pair of black suede knee high boots. The feet and legs are too big, the insole has already come away and they reek of glue. Just beginning the battle to get my money back

I wish I had read these reviews before I brought. AI/google search threw this company up whilst I was looking at UK based brands, I naturally assumed it was a UK company and that the standard shipping of 3-5 days would apply but ! No! I was ordering for a holiday 14 days before I travelled. 7 days after the order was placed, payment taken the item still hasn’t been processed for despatch. I contacted them but no reply. My only glimmer of hope for resolution is that I paid by credit card and will try to claim back through the bank. Has anyone actually had an item arrive or be as it was described on the website? If a Chinese company are trading to consumers in the uk it should surely comply with uk consumer law? I agree with all the reviews of 1star-

Don’t bother with this company.
The returns policy won’t allow you to return an item bought in the sale.
The policy is tucked away on the website so not obvious information to customers.

The item didn’t fit and is very poor quality for the price charged even at sale price.
I was offered 75% of what I paid in store credit that I’m unlikely to use.

My 'orthopaedic' boots are thin and very poor quality. The plastic stench means I cannot even wear them. Tried to get a refund and they said they were on sale...clever: everything is always on sale so the refund policy never applies.

As per all others - jacket arrived 29/12/24 missed sons birthday on 17th december and Christmas..... they will not resposnd to my requests for return address and refund..took advice and have sent this ...(minus my details) .Elegance Urban

I am writing to escalate my complaint regarding the purchase of the Jaylan - Men's Winter Coat (Blue / XL) for £59.95 made on ??? December 2024, and request to cancel my order and receive a full refund
After placing my order, I became concerned about the delivery when it had not arrived by the required date (???? 24) I contacted you on your email suport page, via your Elegance-Urban website’s contact page, and attempted to reach you using the phone number provided, but unfortunately, I received no response.
On ??? December 2024, I formally requested the cancellation of the order and asked for return address details so that I could return the jacket for a refund. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, you did not respond to my request.
The jacket eventually arrived on 29 December 2024, and I once again reached out to you via email and your website to request a return and a full refund. However, I have yet to receive any response to my ongoing communications.
As of today, I have contacted Citizens Advice to help escalate the matter to Trading Standards and have initiated a chargeback through my bank as the payment provider.
If I do not receive a response or resolution from you within 7 days, I will be forced to escalate this matter further by pursuing a Small Claims Court action.
I expect prompt acknowledgment of this complaint and a full resolution to the issue.

Order placed for jacket 5th December, still not arrived!
Supposedly in transit 20th December, started doubting it was never going to arrive some time ago. Head office/contact address all different countries. Avoid at all costs

They are advertising Bertha orthopaedic trainers, no cheap, ordered 18/10/24 unable to get a response 6 weeks later so have asked my credit card bank to reverse payment, however they have arrived 13/12/24, they are shocking, no support hard as rock, no removable insole, cheap plastic had sole not non slip, not worth a £1, came from China although website says Netherlands, several companies selling the same rubbish, walk away! Will cost £15 to return to China tracked
