Thermal roof done 2 weeks ago have phoned and emailed company numerous times for a guarantee am still waiting. Am concerned that the work was completed in 6 hours they coated the roof immediately after cleaning. It states that it should be given up to 72 hours to make sure roof is completely dry before coating. My concern is that the roof may have dampness under tiles and it is very worrying that they are not providing a proper guarantee

Absolutely delighted with the roofing work carried out by Energysave. From start to finish the whole process was professional and straight forward.

From John to Scott who excellent in explaining everything and keeping us informed, while Berny and young Nico did a fantastic job on the roof. They worked extremely hard, were polite and respectful throughout, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy when the work was finished.

There was no communication when the workers were coming would just turn up
She wasn't in the other day she was explaining to them where she was through her ring doorbell, he kept saying he didn't understand her and walked away
They parked over other neighbour's driveways
When they first turned up equipment wasn't charged/working so left again
We came home on Sunday to her garden a mess and her neighbours
Her neighbour then power washed both paths
The boss man Scott went to her house today and was horrid
He would not have spoken to my elderly mother the way he did if I had been there
He told her "He would wipe his feet on the way out"
I don't think this is very professional
I hope none of his family ever have to deal with such a horrid man!!!

I have just had my roof done this past week with thermal resin. Scott fully explained the whole process from start to finish with no pushy sales talk he was very patient and answered all my questions without hesitation. Appointment was booked quickly discounted price was given under the scheme they have and within 2 weeks the work was started and finished within one day. Kevin and his team went through the process again they were professional and friendly they provided quality workmanship and everything was cleaned up before they left. Very happy with how the roof looks the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend getting this done so much so that I am now considering getting the external walls done.

The full team arrived promptly in the morning, and where very quick setting up. John answered all my questions and the team were friendly. Also extremely tidy. Masked everywhere off and cleaned up after themselves. Already made a recommendation to my son.

I received fantastic service from Energysave Services UK Ltd from my first conversation with Tariq through to completion with Kevin. Both were professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Although I’m usually sceptical of discount schemes, I was quoted £1,900 for my roof renovation, which included repairing several tiles, removing an old aerial, power‑washing to clear moss and debris, and applying two protective coatings.

The team completed the work in half a day and left both my front and back gardens immaculate. I’m delighted with the result and have already recommended them—my neighbour has since signed up as well. Kevin even cleaned my canopy without being asked.

The Assessor Scott, was really knowledgeable and answered all questions. Martin did a great job on repair which was worse than we thought. Really happy with result, had a few problems but they were sorted out. Had to chase up guarantee from head office.

Scott was very helpful before the work was done answering any questions I had & when they arrived today to do the work they were prompt and got the work done quickly & efficiently. Everything was tidied up before they left. I have no problem with recommending them

Had a cold call on Wednesday or Thursday,4th/5th, regarding some roughcasting which needed replacing. Someone visited the next day, looked at what was needed, took photos. Said he would get back with relative estimate.Surprize surprize, no show or estimate. As the job would not be till May, I wanted an estimate of what I might have to budget for. I got the impression that he was not really interested in the work. Totally unsatisfactory.

Company arrived on time and explained step by step how the procedure for the roof would go. Also enlightened me of the type and specs of sealant.we had an issue with the drains after. One phone call to this company and the squad was out within the hour. Blockage remedied. I cannot fault this company and their professionalism.

I Had Kevin and James out working on my roof. The roof was cleaned ,tiles replaced and coated for with anthracite insulating resin. Very happy with the end product and excellent value for money.
