Amazing team! These guys did a roof repair for me after the recent storm and everything was sreamlined from start to finish. Scott was spot on woth his initial assessment and then ryan and the team got the works done really quick. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had our roof supposedly done back in February 2025. They started the job without scaffolding! Cleaned the roof. Then that huge storm came. Water was pouring through my windows but no sign of them coming back to fix it. After numerous messages and phone calls to the contractor who was supposed to be doing it, he finally turned up. He did finish or so I thought. The facias were slightly overhanging the ends of the house but he said he would come back and fix it. Not even 30 minutes after the contractor was gone the manager was on the phone for the balance. I did pay it, thinking the facias would be trimmed.
Fast forward a few weeks and I was messaging the contractor only to be told he had moved in from that company and it was no longer his problem.
So I messaged the manager who were were in contact with. to say that the contractor still hadn't finished the facias and removed the rubbish left at the side of my house. He came out, removed the rubbish but didn't even knock on the door. He just left saying he would be back to trim the facias at another day. This was now May!
6Months later they still haven't been to finish what would probably be a 30 minute job . He has since ignored any messages. I have also emailed the head office but haven't had as much as a acknowledgement.
But future customers beware they are only after your money and those contacts they give you... useless!!!!

I had a small problem with the Thermal coating on my window sill and wall coping. This has now been rectified and were absolutely delighted with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Energysave Services for Thermal Coating.

Had my new roof done by Bernie and his team last week and I’m over the moon with the result. Even with the typical Scottish weather, they worked on, and got everything done on time so I could get my new windows in this week. So happy with how the roof turned out it looks amazing and the whole experience was easy and smooth from start to finish. The boys turned up very promptly and explained the procedure to me and kept me posted as the went along. At the end they tidied up and left it looking tidy.

I had both my Roof and Render done with Thermal Resin this past week. The surveyor Scott explained the whole process from start to finish clearly and I got both products for a fantastic discounted price under the scheme they currently have. Ryan and his team more than delivered taking only 2 days to carry out all work.I could not complement Energysave Services any higher. My house looks great along with other houses in the street that have been recently done. Thanks to all involved. From one very happy customer.

Just had my Thermal Roof done by Kevin and James. The boys left a fantastic job and I’m over the moon with the work. We recently had our back done with new extension and artificial grass and the boys made sure they took extra care ensuring everything was protected and tidied up afterwards. scammed me. They pressured me for money up front, promised a proper roof replacement and a safe, finished job — and delivered the opposite. What I got was chaos, lies, and a roof left in a dangerous condition. Tiles have already come loose and fallen, making it unsafe to live under.

They did not do the work they promised. Instead of replacing what needed done, they cut corners, left the roof unstable, and walked away with the money. No paperwork, no accountability, and no professionalism.

This company is dishonest, manipulative, and reckless. They leave people with empty promises and dangerous roofs. Avoid them like the plague.

I got my house and garden walls thermal coated in February. The job looked great once finished and the guys done a great job. After a few months, mould started to come through the coating on the Window sills and the garden walls. I have called them on numerous occasions and each time been promised that someone would come and repair the problem. The first phone call was in May and were still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to to come. I have been left with no option but to seek further advice.

The boys just finished my mother's roof... done a great job and left the place spotless.. highly recommend.. they are coming back on monday to do my mums next door neighbour.. thank you 😊

Further to my earlier review on this company I can now advise that, after a visit from Ryan and his mate the roofing problem has been repaired with minimum fuss and a professional attitude.

We had roof, walls and fascia’s done and the difference is incredible. The work was done when agreed and in the time agreed, took care in making sure the work was clean and tidy. Would recommend Ryan and his team.
