Thermal Wall Coating and Roof done last week and house is now looking great. Everything ran smoothly from Scott at initial survey, office staff to Kevin and Ryan the fitting team. My home is now looking great. Over the moon with the work!!!!

Excellent company to deal with, the work which was carried out on my home was top class. House looks brilliant and the team left the place spotless

Got told work would start in sept oct 2024
Starter 1 week ago , front of my house was to be repaired before start of job , job wasn’t , they was ment too wash front of house with chemicals that kill any Mould that wasn’t done , started painting , left paint all over my front door , my fence , my storage box , my gutters , my paving , then got told need come back next day they came
Back and informed myself they need too Leave my job and travel 40 miles for a bag of stone chips to repair damage on wall , there was a hard ware store half mile from my house so this was all lies , told they would return on Wednesday between 11am and 12pm 5 days from when they started , they then informed
Me they was trying contact me
Come at 10am and because I didn’t reply they moved onto next house , the service is shocking you contact them always goes too answer machine when gentleman returns your call he’s rude screaming at me
My house is a mess I was told it’s a 10 year guarantee , guarantee what ? All they did was come and start painting front of my house,leaving paint all
over everything ,what ever condition the walls they just paint it covering what ever damage that needs repaired before starting the job ,Iv photos of damage and will be contacting the correct people for the damage and inconvenience

This Company was supposed to have cleaned roof, replaced any broken tiles, seal it and offered 10 year guarantee for my papas roof.
The roof hasn’t even been done a year. It is leaking in the same place as it did before, the sealant is already starting to come off. Contacted the company and was told it was storm damage. They apparently came and checked it when my papa wasn’t at home. An independent company has advised that it’s not storm damage.
No response to letters of complaint.
Nearly £10,000 paid. £7500 paid for the church building attached to the house and £2500 for my papas house. Receipts to prove it.
I have sent over my papas contact details for you to discuss further and then I’ll be happy to amend negative review.
I’m not getting into an argument with you on a public forum. If you had responded to the emails directly made to your customer service department there would have been no negative review left. You have only requested the independent review this morning and this will be sent over in due course. As for the sealant that is already coming off, is that storm damage also or is that covered by your guarantee?

Both gentlemen (Stuart & Andrew) who worked on our house were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them as the quality of work was very high and great care was taken to make sure they had cleaned up after they were finished.

Free survey, no hard selling double glazing sales tactics, process explained clearly and questiones answered. 2 days to complete as rain delayed team on 1st day of Roof Renovation but was completed early next morning. Follow up call from Management to ensure satisfaction so thanks to Kevin and his team especially for the added bonus of putting Christmas lights up for free which warranted a well earned tip to the workmen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Energysave Services UK.

I got my walls done today by Stewart and Andrew. They have made a great job and boys are full of banter. Tidied up afterwards and left me a tin of the thermal coating for touch ups for when I get my new windows next year. Good Company. Cheers again

Absolutely delighted with Energysave and all their professional, courteous and efficient team. Stewart, Mark and Kevin were very respectful to my property ensuring everything was done as described at the survey carried out by Derek. My home is now looking excellent going into the colder winter months. Had a team from energysave do a wall coating job on my house a few weeks ago. Could not be happier scoby and his team were very fast and very clean my house was fungasidal washed in the morning then coated in the afternoon. 1 day completion. I highly recommend them to anyone I had another wall coating company trying to charge twice as much and expected it to take 3 days.

Company cleaned my roof last August, the 2 young men then hid moss from roof under my hedge, also knocked a bit of concrete off chimney, I complained & they did come & clean it up, I now have weeds growing out of gutter, which is due to moss they didn't clean out, I've been in touch with them several times & keep getting fobbed off, definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Well what can I say .Mark and Billy worked so hard coating my walls and roof I was worried as ive just had my front garden renovated but I didn't need to worry they were the cleanest careful workers I've ever delbt with taking into consideration neighbours gardens and moved all our garden furniture so no damage would highly recommend my house looks amazing thank you 😀
