Great Job done by the guys I myself got the roof treatment my daughter got the wall coating great service on both occasions by the guys doing the job any help was great fully given by Steve the sales rep from 1st initial visit to final message after job complete thx again ti everyone involved

Scott and his team done a great job of explaining everything that had to be done and made me aware due to weather conditions it could take longer than advised although this wasn’t the case for me.. My roof was done within 4 days and would like to say thanks to John and his team for their hard work.. I am over the moon and can’t believe the difference would highly recommend.

Just had my roof cleaned and coated by Energysave. Delighted with the work. My roof now looks brand new. Thanks to the team.

This company recently did work to our neighbours roof and my car was parked in front of our house on a public road about 35 yards away . The debris from the work (like red sharp sand ) transferred to my car and because of the process involved glued itself in place extensively.

The company offered to remove the debris using Tcut which essentially removes the top layer of paint and as my car is fairly new and quite expensive I asked the advice of a specialist company who said it would cost £250 plus vat to rectify properly - I relayed this to Derek Charleston (Commercial Director) who started making excuses not to pay and essentially stated that it was my fault for not moving my car out of the way when I had been told to move it! .

Firstly we had not been told to move the car away (my sister in law was in all day) and neither had our neighbour (his customer) as her car was covered in the stuff as well. Secondly my car was parked on a public highway.

The real problem here is the high pressure water type treatments at high level sprays debris everywhere and in my opinion shouldn’t be carried out within a 100m radius of any other persons property ( we also know of a job this company carried out around the corner and their neighbours conservatory has been affected as well).

So in truth this company obviously knows the dangers of using this process but chooses to continue to offer this solution to people like our elderly lady neighbour at some considerable cost.

They make a lot of assurances but essentially think it’s ok to treat people like myself with delayed responses and very poor repair solutions (if they are experts at roofing? Then they are not experts at car repairs in my opinion) with a take it or leave it attitude.

Our 80 year old neighbour is obviously distressed with this situation caused by carrying out work obviously known to cause problems by EnergysaveServices UK Ltd and really my redress should be with her as Derek is not paying and this seems like adding insult to her injury.

To reiterate the reasons for this poor review are listed as follows:
1.This process causes damage to other people’s property.

2.They have in my opinion MIS SOLD this process to a vulnerable person.

3.They failed to quickly address the problem stating that their work was “weather permitting” and would get back to us at their convenience when they were in the area

4.The company states on its website to having over 40 years of experience - this suggests to customers that the business has been trading in the same form for that amount of time when in actual fact the company was only formed earlier this year and no accounts have been filed yet.In my opinion this designed to INTENTIONALLY MISLEAD vulnerable customers

5.The website suggests that customers are dealing with a national company which in my opinion suggests multiple offices across the country with lots of staff - this in my opinion is INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING because if this was true they would surely detail these facts
