Had 2 men call for floor and ceiling installation - Jacob and Jayden. Both worked hard all day. Good explanation given as to what they were doing. Both courteous and polite. Excellent cleanup after work was finished.

Ok, bear with me and allow me to explain my one star - which I would not have given, but I cannot find any minus ones!!!

Please avoid this company. Do not get into any sweet talk with reps, but ultimately avoid doing any form of business with them.

You will be told that they do not sub contract, which is untrue. The subcontractors that are used do everything on the cheap, and will leave you with problems.

Our installation of panels and an air source started very badly, when the plumber turned up - from the south of England! only to find that the equipment had not been ordered. He then had to go on a shopping spree!

Anyway, long story short. Eventually got it put in, and then things didn’t work. Transpired that the panel chaps had not done it right, so a sparky had to come out and fix it, but was sent to the wrong place and we had to wait another week!!

The numbers you need to get up and running with you electric company were then not sent and after 4 months of asking this bunch of cowboys, I applied myself and got them. Obviously I was out of pocket as the panels wouldn’t work without the numbers.

Please please, find an alternative company. Do your research and if there is any negative comments on any company, go elsewhere.

The entire team made sure I was informed every step of the way, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the process. The workmen who came to our home were hardworking, professional, and very polite — nothing was too much trouble for them. They did a great job and left everything tidy afterward.

The company sent lovely considerate workers to my home, the work was carried out with safety for myself and household, the work was completed on time and the finished walls, loft and electric works.

Absolutely appalling, still in a fight with them a year later about them not sorting the insulation, the house been absolutely freezing, sending multiple surveyors in, even paid a private one but still didnt follow their advice. I really want this heat source pump out as without the correct insulation they are not energy efficient and my house has no insulation in the cavity although because my EPC rating states suspected they are claiming it does. Despite multiple surveyors saying it does not and having a boroscope done! Also the cuatomer service is absolutely shocking. Ask for a call back and they never do, they hide instead of facing the problem!!! We are now correcting the damage they have caused. Sat in coats when its freezing and 2 young kids complaining they are cold is not acceptable!! And they think it is ok to leave us with bills that are costing 3/4 times more!! They are pushy for you to take the ECO4 grant and do not complete the job!! Avoid at all costs!!!
