The various contractors were capable and efficient. All the jobs appear to have been done well and quite quickly with the programming of the work particularly impressive. There was a problem with the heating system the day after the installation however this was quickly and competently resolved. Kevin was contactable and responsive, and even arranged for some additions to the work at no cost to myself. Overall, based on my experience of Energy Smart I would be happy to fully recommend them.

The guys that did our install were fab, they did a cracking job. From the time it took the Internal wall Insulation being done to the Air Source Heating and solar Panels getting fitted was about 2 weeks. I've heard horror stories from other people who have had work done by other companies who have left there house in a right state, but the guys from Energy Smart were Reliable, tidy and Polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. 10/10.

We now have a nice toasty home, which we struggled to heat before, as it was draughty and there was no wall insulation. The solar panels Help to keep Costs down. We are very very happy.

It took you a while and incorrect information...as usual !
The gas combi boiler you removed from my house was relatively new...Still had 5 years warranty on it and hadn't missed a beat! Serviced regularly every year.
I was perfectly happy with it but was TALKED into getting a heat pump by your company, as previously stated a bad decision which I had to suffer with for a year!

You still haven't advised in your reply why the pump was fitted into my property as it was clearly UNSUITABLE and DOUBLED my bills rather than halved them as I was promised!
Clearly your customer service is still appalling and you can't get your facts right.

And NO I don't want to take my HONEST REVIEW down as I have been ASKED to! .. as don't want anyone else to go though the horrendous experience I have endured for over a year!

Work on our home is now complete with Chris driving down today to finish the remedial joinery work. He did a great job so thank you again.
Despite having to redecorate the whole house it feels more homely now it's so warm. Highly recommend this company.

We had a problem with a loose solar panel due to high winds reported it to energy smart and they sent workmen the next day who we're friendly and efficient fixed the problem would definitely give them 5 stars

The men who came to our house to insulate and fit a new heating system,also solar panels were polite friendly and very efficient. The house is now warm and our energy bills have gone down quite a bit. Can't recommend them enough.

The guys have been great ,had the walls insulated and solar panels up in the first week very tidy and efficient workmen, looking forward to heating being installed next week as house is very cold due to old boiler failing so far so good! We had an air source heat pump, internal wall insulation and solar panels installed on our house built in 1868. The work took longer than expected to complete as we needed a breaker tank due to low water pressure, need for all new radiators, lifting of floorboards, removal of old oil boiler and redecoration of every room in the house with an external wall. At times we were unsure whether we'd made a mistake applying for ECO4 grant, but now work is complete we are pleased with outcome.

This has been a complex operation involving several teams. I am pleased to say that the work has come to near completion and in most cases it has been done with efficiency. The quality of work had been good and management involved has been efficient with good communication. The supervisor Kevin has been easily approachable when needed. He has constantly been in in touch with me and my son Adam in Spain. The workers are knowledgeable and aware of their responsibilities. It was a stressful situation as an owner at the start but at the end it has worked out well. Thank you Kevin and the team

The site surveyor was very thorough, and allowed time to discuss and answer queries. The installation teams [insulation, solar panels and electrician] arrived when advised, and were efficient, clean and tidy, and easy to work with. The products were excellent, with technical explanations on their use, and all unwanted materials were removed after completion. The house and frontage was left clean. Communication with the the Installation Manager was good, by email, text and phone.

Where do I start! PLASTERERS: put thermal board over my carpets so up stairs if anyone needs to lift the floor boards they’ll have to cut the carpet.
PLUMBERS:Fitted smaller radiators that were already in place, I understood that if anything they’d been larger. Left old radiators for me to clear up, knocked large holes through a wall and didn’t repair it.
Flooded my bathroom which I found after working a 12 hour shift, I repaired the poorly executed attempt of capping a pipe.
Broke my double bed by standing on it and never said anything about it.
Actually fitted the pipe work incorrectly which had to be rectified by another plumber.
Left pipes proud under the floor boards so floorboards wouldn’t fit back without being routed first.
A gutter down pipe had to be altered due the heat source flow and return pipes could pass, very shoddily done , Heat source fan isn’t fixed to its vibration base correctly, plumbers only worked a few hours in the day and disappeared.
Left a complete mess.
ELECTRICIANS: EDF in my house today looking at fitting a smart meter found the main fuse damaged, which ES electrician pulled( illegally) to fit electrics for the solar panels and according to EDF they have fitted wrongly, EDF are returning to replace the fuse etc.
Forgot to fit a tank thermostat which hasn’t still been done (the job started in June!
I have no heating, Energy smart have stopped communicating with me.
Connected low voltage cables that were too short with crimps to extend them.
CARPENTER: two plasters were sent to fit skirting, they knocked my Wi-Fi BT box off the wall which cost me to have re connected after several days without WiFi.
They were kicked off site their attempt to fit skirting was shocking.
Nothing has been tested Nothing has been commissioned yet all signed off.
Very stressful few months which hasn’t ended its all been a nightmare. Job begun in June and still hasn’t been finished….. NO HEATING
