The service provided by Hormn since switching over from Enhanced Mens Clinic has been completely abysmal. I have been charged for 7 months without receiving service, when I have contacted support and requested a phone call no one has called. The service appears to now be ran by AI Chatbots. With the change to Hormn it no longer has a deal with the only blood testing clinic in my town with the closest clinic in their network 4 hrs away from me in a different state. Therefore on top of paying them for bloodwork I’ve now received a further charge from the local clinic. And still I have no service, they now want to charge me to do the whole onboarding process again. I will not be continuing treatment with HORMN.

Hormn was very easy to deal with, the treatment was prompt and the doctor made everything easy to understand, it is also very well priced

Total rip off you better off getting the bloods done yourself and just buying product separately they will charge you just to access your own portal which does nothing but allow you to buy product.

They charge you compulsory needles for every product product purchase.

Hidden costs everywhere.

Very easy to navigate through the process, and always kept updated on progress.

Took a little for things to get sorted but good customer support through that process and the end result is excellent thus far

They were just fine before the rebrand from Enhanced Mens, I had a nurse and doctor that I regularly spoke with and things seemed to be going okay. Then the rebrand came through, the nurse was gone, there was no direction or help. I had to keep following up with them to figure out what was going on. The customer service is woeful. They put all the prices up and still charged for blood tests which they said were going to be free with the price increase. They changed their pathologist "platform" without any notification. I took my referral to my pathologist I had been going to forever and then was told it was the wrong one and I would have to pay for another. The pathologist meanwhile also charged me for the blood test, told me they emailed results to Hormn but they tell me it wasnt on their "platform" so they dont have it. They emailed it to you, what are you on about? Nothing but complete frustration and lack of service, there are better options out there.

EDIT: They say below they have always used Healius, but it is simply not true. I have records of using Clinical Labs for all my previous blood tests with Enhanced Mens Clinic. They also say they sent 4 different emails, I have one email which explains whats changing in the upcoming rebrand, but no directions and i dont delete emails.

Honestly, service is really poor since new management. Prices have been jacked up too.
