Don not use! Cowboy company! Read the reviews, damaged my property and then charged regardless. Left asbestos and claimed to have treated bees which meant poison used was used inside a bedroom where children slept. Taking company to court and have reported to trading standards

Absolutely disgusting company AVOID AT ALL COSTS waited all day for engineer for what I believed a wasp nest in my roof engineer arrived and informed me they were honey bees (according to engineer very easy mistake to make) and he could not take a closer look as he was allergic to bees but not wasps! The company now are still planning to charge me even though I was never informed that they don't treat honeybees !! Con artists trading standards need to look into this from the reviews I'm not there first victim!!

Charged £132 for doing absolutely nothing at all!! Had a bees nest in my chimney which they said they couldn't deal with. Turned out they were honey bees, which they also couldn't deal with. It was towards the end of the nesting period so there was more dead than alive as they were unable to escape. The least the company could have done was clear up the mess rather than just point out where the nest was. I was left to do the job myself of letting the lucky few honey bees that were still alive escape, clear up 100's dead and clean the droppings left on my windows and walls. Absolutely foul smelling still a week later. Its the paying for nothing that hurts.

If I could give 0 stars I would. AWFUL COMPANY. Didn’t turn up, got no where by calling up. The live chat has no response. I got put through to “cancellation team” only to be waiting 30 minutes for no one to answer. This company is a SCAM DO NOT USE

I was promised by the technician that the treatment he did would kill the ants nest or he would return, I explained after 2 weeks the ants had not died and was told to wait longer before they could re-attend. When I called later they said they do not re-attend for Ants! I was deliberately mis-informed twice. The ants are now back with a vengeance. Cost? £175, Value = absolute rubbish

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - this company charged me but did not provide the service they advertised !! I will have to involve the bank now to get my money back! and I will report them as this company needs to be shut down!

Wish I could give then 0 stars because its a complete con. They charged us £93 just for 2 guys to come and stand at the front of the property and look up at the roof, they were here less than 10 minutes and didn't even get on a ladder. They then quoted us over 1000 (without scaffolding) to remove pigeon nests which they're not by law allowed to do (for some reason they're saying they are allowed) and bird proof the solar panels. They're scam artists, please AVOID at all costs. This place needs shutting down.

I have just called ERG for a quote, as soon as I declined to go ahead with the quote, (I had already received a quote which was £50 less than ERG) the 'customer service' advisor hung up on me. Get another job mate, you're in the wrong industry.
No wonder the reviews are so poor, I should have checked Trustpilot first! As soon as business owners take on board how important first impressions, customer service and word of mouth are to their profits, the better for all involved.

got this company involved. they came out did the treatment. the problem still persists. not forgetting the cost. they wanted another rebooking fee for the same job. expensive cowboys i would say. steer clear people

They are very reassuring on the phone. You are told these little bait boxes will fix the problem and when they are collected on the second visit you are reassured that the pattern of eating apparently shows the problem is solved. You are asked to sign something. Don’t. The rat problem is not fixed. If you manage to get through to report this you can expect to pay another £300 for another pointless intervention. The technician (who seemed pleasant enough, if a little furtive on visit 2) also left little bits of poison on the patio due to clumsiness in opening the boxes. Thank goodness I found it before the dog did. It’s a scam, profiting from your misfortune. Avoid.

Cant give zero stars wish I had read reviews before ringing. Got home from town and swarms of wasps round flat was told someone would be with us by 17:00. Daughter in law and year old baby stuck in flat!! Now 19:50 and nobody has turned up. Rang a few timesas chat wouldn't work and told someone wld ring back surprise surprise no call back. DONOT USE

Avoid this company, very poor service. Spent 10 mins at the property (in my opinion not really sufficient time to warrant the cost). I had explained the location of the animal to be removed and also sent photos beforehand. Also took them a week to reply to me. Can't believe this company is still going with service like this.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They over charge and lied to me about the price. They tried to take a larger amount out of my bank card. When I questioned this they claimed I was told the price plus VAT by 3 different people which was a lie and I told them to give me the recordings and they refused. They also failed to say phone calls are recorded. The customer service team is rude and unprofessional. You can’t even speak to them over the phone, it’s via chat. They have poor grammar and spelling which is laughable. To top it off they didn’t even do a good job. We actually did a better job laying our own traps and poison. They are a call centre and I wish I researched them before booking them. I have no idea how they are allowed to operate like this and consumer rights should do something about it. I will look into this.

Absolutely useless. They came out quickly regarding mice in my home and were in the house for about 30 mins and put some bait etc in 2 rooms (kitchen and dining room) came back a week later and found 4 dead mice and then came back a week after that and found 2 more. They then told me if they wanted me out again I would have to pay even more (I had already paid over £250) The problem was NOT sorted and I have got a different exterminator out who checked my whole house (even the loft) and was in my house for 90 mins and they put down a lot more bait and stronger bait than this company. The exterminator that I have got out this time looked at the bait that was used and said that this is cheap basic bait that will take a few feeds from the mouse to kill them and the bait they use kills them in one feed. Also the new exterminator left me a receipt with all the different baits used (3 different ones) and was shocked that the guy from this company didn't give me a receipt listing what bait was used as apparently this is against the law especially when you have animals in the house. I am seriously thinking about taking this further and seeing if I can get my money or at least some of my money back from ERGpest control. Shame on this company they are just rip off merchants that also do not abide by the law either. Thank goodness I have a good exterminator now who spends time sorting out the problem and will not stop coming until the problem is sorted, doesn't charge any more than quoted no matter how many times they come out and also gives a guarantee once the problem is sorted.

I contacted this company thinking they were local and unaware they were based in Southend. I was given a price which I thought sounded expensive and was told someone would be with me the next morning to do the work. I was not offered the 3 steps advertised. The pest controller came promptly the next morning and was very helpful and relieved our minds that it was not bed bugs and sprayed for mites. The work took 1 and 1/2 hours. The company charged me £438 for 4 bedrooms. The treatment was prompt and efficient but very, very expensive. I tried to discuss this with someone in the company but got nowhere. I wish I had researched more carefully before booking. The coucil website said they charge £170 for bedbugs including a free return visit.

Received a quote for £110 and was told they would arrive within an hour. Took almost three hours for them to arrive and they waited well over a month to take the funds from my account to which they took £180! I contacted the bank and cancelled the payment as that was not the amount I had been quoted. Terrible company. Terrible service. DO NOT USE!

Buyer beware! I needed a wasp nest dealt with in my horses stable these were the first people I tried ,was given a price of £135 when I responded with that's more than I thought it would be the response was that's the going rate.I tried another company who have been in business 35 years and well certified £70 need I say more !!!

Absolutely horrendous!! Do not use this company at all!! You can get the same traps off amazon for £20 ish and now we have a new litter of babies....... disgraceful company with extremely bad customer service my cat has done a better job...... I would rate zero star if it was possible.....

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! A MAN TURNED UP WITH NO PPE WORN TO A HOME WITH A VERY SICK CHILD IN.WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A PHONE CALL TO TELL US THE TIME OF ARRIVAL BUT THE MAN JUST TURNED UP. MY SON AND HIS COMPLEX CARE STAFF WERE HOME. THE GUY HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING & DID NOT CHECK WHERE I WANTED Him TO? CANT COMPLAIN TO A PERSON ITS ALL THROUGH LIVE CHAT. WHEN BOOKING I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE THE AREA AFTER TREATMENTS AS WASP CAN BECOME ANGRY. THEY GUY LEFT & NEVER TOLD THE PEOPLE IN THE HOME IF THEY SHOULD LEAVE? VERY DANGEROUS AS THEY CANT EVACUATE QUICKLY THEY WERE STUCK IN A ROOM FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS. THIS IS VERY POOR PRACTICE TO SAY THE LEAST. PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK! TO TOP IT OFF THE GUY GAVE US A CARD TO SAY HE CLEANS CARPETS? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
