Ordered car mats for my A6 on the 22nd of August was told they would be delivered between 5 and 8 working days After several emails and threats to get my money back I finally received them on the 10th of September . I would not recommend this cowboy outfit the mats are sub standard. Oh I got a 10% refund still not pleased with the service . And as I say the quality is very sub standard but you only get what you pay for .So off to Audi.

Placed order 22nd August expecting delivery within 2 weeks , chased via e-mail and got one excuse after another , mats finely arrived on 28th September , fitted perfectly and very good quality . Shame they cannot meet delivery times , similar issue with waiting when ordered mats for another car previously. The quality of the mats is what saves this company.

It was worth the wait from time of order to delivery. The car mats are really high quality and fit my car perfectly. Good value for money. I did contact them when they hadn’t arrived and the response back was quick and explained they were nearly ready.

In spite of me specifying the wrong car Laura at Finest Car Mats checked that the reg plate quoted was correct and matched it to the correct make and model. Kept me well informed on progress and when they arrived the fit was perfect and the quality excellent. I highly recommend he company.

Dont waste your time on these scammers - 8 to 10 days production tie is a lie. Today is 16 Sept and I've been waiting since 21 Aug for my order. I first chased them up on 4 Sept and received and Evi delivery and tracking number (which till today still reflects "Awaiting items") Chased them up again 10 Sept only to be advised by Laura that they had production delays and these order would be complete by Fri 18 Sept.

Mats arrived after a production delay - but Laura's coms were very good and informed me of the delay. Mats arrived and are nicely made - so overall good value for money. Just sometimes its good to be patient before giving a bad review!

Wish I'd read recent reviews before ordering. Ordered 25th August, 5-8 working days quoted. 20 days later, not even with carrier and no updates.

What a complete waste of time, this is potentially the worst business I’ve ever put money into. Stay as far away as possible, look elsewhere for your car mats. 5 week now I’ve been waiting for my order when it states 5-8 days delivery complete scammers, they don’t even update you with any news

I have been waiting 18 days, I got a message back from Laura saying they were doing best to achieve ASAP. Its now 3 weeks, no customer service. Poor.

Had some mats made for my wife's car. All made well and fitted good. She was very pleased with them.

I paid 3 times higher price for prestige mats and they delivered a essentials mats with delayed delivery of after four weeks. When I made a complain they have nothing to offer and kept quiet. No number to call or support. Cheat company orders it from china. No manufacturing in UK. It’s a scam.

Ordered from here on the 12th August. I ordered car mats for my boyfriend for a birthday present as he kept saying he wanted some for his new car that he got, delivery expected was 18th-21st August which was perfect as that was before I went on holiday and it would arrive in time for his birthday. UPDATE I am STILL waiting for these car mats. Everytime I email they say they are going to sent it soon but have they? No they haven’t. I’m very disappointed about this company as they had good reviews. I do NOT recommend ordering from here as it looks like you don’t actually get your car mats.

Beware stay away as far as you can . Clearly it is a Scam. Order place over 3 weeks ago and still not received it . Trying contact several times without any response at all .

They promised delivery in 5 to 8 days. After 12 days have passed they say my mats have not even been produced yet & it might take them another 12 days to produce them. I have asked them to cancel my order & return my payment - So far they have not carried out my request - do not trust this company & do not order from them

Ordered these, 2 weeks later no word from sellers, so contacted them and was told they would send them soon. A waste of time.

I ordered the mats off another website and received immediate confirmation I would have them within days

Peugeot wanted to charge us £60 for very basic mats in our new 308. Finest Car Mats were exactly a third of this price for the equivalent product, but we decided to upgrade to premium rubber mats and still have paid much less.

The mats fit perfectly, look stunning and were worth the wait. This company are now acknowledging their advertised production times have not been realistic and this has led to many negative reviews online slating their service.

In truth, we would have had to wait even if we had ordered Peugeot's branded ones. Although I worried for a while, Finest Car Mats are without doubt a bona fide company committed to producing high quality products at competitive prices. I recommend them without hesitation.

Oh... and Laura, their customer support representative is an absolute gem.

Excellent company. Contacted me several times to check that I’d ordered the correct mats. When they arrived they are really nice quality and fit perfectly. Would highly recommend them.

The quality of the mats are excellent the fit was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I thoroughly recommend this product to anyone. 😊

Dont waste your time they do not come in 5/8 days after 10 days I was told it would be another 5 working days before I had a update so 15 working days terrible service
