Took a month to arrive, despite numerous emails asking to just be refunded, the quality is absolutely garbage and definitely not the standard I paid for, the trim is also poorly stitched and wonky. Really disappointed that after a month and all the effort I've put in to actually getting them that they look rubbish. Do not recommend.

Avoid this company as though they had the plague! I ordered some mats for my Xtrail a month ago, and they have not turned up. I contacted them on various occasions and it became clear that I wasn't being messaged back by a human being, and was given pathetic excuses as to why my mats hadn't arrived. I have asked for a refund but as of yet I have had no reply to this. I have contacted my bank to make them aware of the situation, and hopefully get my money back. Save yourselves a lot of wasted time and grief and give this website a wide berth.

First time reviewer. Ordered mats 5 weeks ago and after much chasing, they finally arrived. Constant delays, tracking didn’t work, and I’m not even sure the quality is that good - we’ll see. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered mats on 21st May, received on 15th June! Poor customer service…I had to chase them about it! Shame because mats are good quality! Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend them based on the long delivery scale!

Please be aware I placed an order on the 2nd of May for a non personalised Audi A4 B9 mat. As of writing I have not received an order. I requested an update 2 weeks after the order and received what now appears to be an automated reply from someone called Laura saying it’ll be on it way.

Following this there has been zero update or communication. I very much doubt this is a UK based company. I would not risk your money I have put a formal complaint in but don’t know whether this will make a difference.

I am happy to provide proof of this and really don’t want anyone else to get stung

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. I placed my order over two weeks ago and have still not received the mats I paid for. Despite repeated emails, I continue to receive the same response: “awaiting confirmation from the product team.”
My order has not been shipped, no clear explanation has been provided, and there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the issue. The lack of transparency, communication, and customer service has left me feeling completely let down.
Customers deserve honest updates and realistic timelines. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

after having to send repeated daily requests, I have finally received my refund.
While I appreciate that the refund has now been processed, I am disappointed by the lack of communication throughout this matter and the need to repeatedly chase for a response.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing car mats from your company.

Order took over 5 weeks to arrive despite constantly told that delivery was eminent. I asked for a refund due to the excessive order time and I was ignored. When the mats finally arrived they did not fit properly. Again asked for a refund and they will only offer if I pay for the return postage. Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Mats ordered and paid for told delivery between 5-8 days. Its now been over 5 weeks! Ive emailed many times to be told staff is off sick, delivery issues, will be there next week etc etc!! Would like money back and to cancel order but they need to speak with the production team! WTF!! Its shocking how buisnesses can treat people! I wish i had read all the comments before i ordered and i would of definitely not have ordered with them!!

Ordered June 1st and despite false delivery emails they are “still in production”. They claim 5-8 working days and we are now on 10. I wouldn’t mind if they were honest and gave me a realistic date but I just don’t believe them anymore. I am so disappointed and I won’t use them for our other vehichles.

I purchased my car mats on 23rd may and I’ve still not received yet! When ordering it said that orders would take 6-10 working days but we are 13 working days up to now and the courier still hasn’t got my parcel. Fair enough if they are busier than usual but a little communication of this would be courtesy but I haven’t had anything. Won’t be shopping on this website again due to the slow manufacturing and postage of their items. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience! Never received my mats.

I ordered car mats on 17th May and received an email on 27th May to say the mats were nearly ready with a tracking number included. I assumed this meant they were dispatched or at least very nearly.

By 31st May, I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed and was told there had been a delay and my order would be "dispatched shortly". I followed up the next day to ask for an estimated date and was told they would be ready "as soon as possible".

I tried to be patient but was getting concerned as there were no clear updates. I emailed again on 4th June to chase the order and did not receive a reply. It was at this point I looked up reviews and saw I was not the only one and it was very unlikely I'd ever receive these mats.

I emailed again to say I'd seen the reviews and would like my order cancelled and receive a full refund. I was told it would be "sorted next week, could I please wait?" NO CHANCE.

They have now cancelled my order and issued a full refund. The only thing they've done efficiently throughout this whole process!

I have waited over 4 weeks for my car mats, have emailed them over the last few days for a refund but still awaiting a reply!

*Update on below - mats finally arrived and not bad quality to be fair, so added a star, but lead up to this still only rates 2*
Unfortunately didn't read the reviews before placing order and had the exact same issue as the majority of recent reviewers - mats ordered, money taken, no news after the 5-7 working day delivery promise. Contact 'Laura' to be told manufacturing issues. Another week goes and this time it's excuse of shortage of carpet !
So currently going through credit card company to get money back and then dropping a note to Trading Standards

I have emailed Laura 6 times in the last few days asking for my payment of £51.96p to be refunded
I have not had the courtesy of a reply
I ordered mats on 25/5 and had repeated excuses that the “mats were under production”
It is now 16 days since placing the order and I was informed a few days ago that “production had not even started” due to “lack of staff”
I have now instructed my Credit Card company to “place a dispute and get back my money”
Do not touch this company

Waited over 5 weeks for the car mats, never received them, I contacted them after 2 weeks, then 4 weeks and 5 weeks, all I got told via email is they were in production and would be with me in a couple of days.
One star is to higher praise for this company, my bank has raised a dispute, goods not received.
Avoid using this company.

Ordered over 6 weeks ago and still no mats. Communication is brief, vague. Have no clue what's going on and whether this company is legitimate.

QUALITY: PRESTIGE were ordered and I'm disappointed with the quality. Cheap mats at an expensive price. Ordered on the 20th May and not delivered until 5th June. Unlike some people at least I got them. I'll be using another company in the future.

Ordered some mats on 7th May with confirmation saying dispatch is usually within 5-8 working days.

18th May (7th working day)- email with tracking code for Evri sent. States the 5-8 days again but adds 9-10 days of during busier periods.

I waiting until the 29th May (16th working day) to email them as there’d been no update and got a email saying there’s a delay (no reason given) and they would be dispatched shortly.

Emailed again on 5th June (20th working day) to which I got another generic reply with no explanation to which I asked to cancel. ‘Laura’ replied again on 6th June saying the production team are going to update on the order early next week (8th June onwards).

I’ve had a successful chargeback processed by my bank as I’ve read the recent reviews on here and doubt whether I’d actually receive them. If they’d at least given an explanation then I’d have waiting longer but my replies seem to be copy and paste from what other have received.

Ordered my mats on May 2.. Till now still pending. So frustrating. I have submitted a dispute on clear pay.

Appalling company! Do not order mats here!
Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive and I think it only did because I emailed them daily.
‘Laura’s’ Name is Varshita so not sure why they sign their emails off with Luara-Customer Service.
No phone number of course and the mats are poor quality and don’t fit!
