First class service. Laura contacted me to make sure everything was perfect for my new mats for the Defender 110. All sorted and made to order. Had them arrive in just over a week. Perfect fit, very much an upgrade on the old ones and really pleased. Highly recommend the team and the product. In my opinion the best out there.

Ordered a 60£ car mats for my Ford van, the car mats was 10mm to far forward that was supposed to be and the passenger side was a bit to the left in front than is should be. Also the prestige ones ordered was to slim to be named prestige and to be charged 60£. First time ordering from them but I wouldn’t do it again even for less money.

I brought these car mats in a lovely cobalt blue trim colour for my new car. They fit really well not loose or moving around at all. So pleased with them. I brought some a few years ago for my son’s car and pleased with them back then too. Thank you

My dispute with FCM has lasted many days involving over 40 emails and still there is no satisfactory resolution. In my opinion and reading other reviews it would seem that others agree with my assertion that the mats fall very much short of the 'luxurious' description and certainly do not offer good value for money. All very disappointing after a long wait.
I eventually managed to get a refund based on the fact that there was damage to the mats set (how this was not spotted before dispatch is beyond me and there was no apology ) but despite several requests FCM have failed to refund the return postage I incurred (over £6).This must be a breach of consumer law but my messages are now being ignored.
I have now purchased a set from alternative online competitor and the mats are far superior in all respects. I do hope you have a better experience with FCM than I did. You may wish to heed my warning.
UPDATE (March 2025)I would like to have removed the one star rating as I cannot find anything about my experience with FCM that merits even minimum praise. Despite an assurance from them that the return postage for the faulty car mat would be paid in return for a positive edit to this review I have not received the payment. Just about says it all really doesn't it! Seems to me that finding a trustworthy, reputable seller is becoming harder and harder these days.

I blame myself to some degree for not researching this company initially so I will learn from this in future. My 'opulent', 'finest quality' car mats took longer to arrive than promised but this was not a problem to be honest. What was an issue though was the obvious lack of attention to my order and poor quality right out of the bag. I ordered the most expensive Opulent choice, it was not. I ordered a LIME green border to match my new car, it was a poorly stitched unpleasant bluey green. The simple return and refund has also fell on deaf ears as they are not forth coming with a return address and I suspect LAURA may not be the polite 'Scottish lassy' they are advertising. I am no detective, but I strongly believe the people behind this are about as Scottish as me and I'm a Yorkshireman and the factory may be flying a flag other than the Saltire.

The Car Mats I purchased were of excellent quality and with being my second purchase I’m extremely happy again.
I would highly recommend FinestCarMats to anyone who’s looking for quality Car Mats and accessories too.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered my car mats on 26th of December, I waited 6 weeks for these, kept telling me they will be posted soon, refused to give me a refund!

Few minor problems in the beginning but was sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction would recommend this company better to get the top of the range carpets they are much thicker a really nice quality

I ordered car mats for the front of van caddy maxi i got a linner for the back of van and wrong size thay don't answer any emails 5 iv sent a wast of money be warned

Terrible customer service. Ordered and paid for my mats January 16th 2026, got a message off Evri saying they're expecting the order 20th January but I'm still waiting for the mats to be delivered. I don't know how many times I've emailed them!! All I get is the mats are still being made.... I'm sure Evie been scammed. I've requested a refund but I don't think that will happen. They have a place in East Kilbride apparently and I'm actually going up that way soon. So I'm going to give them a visit.
Really anyone reading the reviews and thinking of buying off this company !! Please don't. Because you'll pay for them but they'll never come 😡😡

The mats I received are really good and great value. They fit the car perfectly. I’m really pleased with them.
Ordering was very straightforward. The only hiccup was delivery time which was two and a half weeks rather than the advertised 5 to 8 working days. As I’d had no communication from the company about the delay I was beginning to wonder if the mats would arrive. I had to email them after two weeks and they said the mats were delayed due to the volume of orders which is fine once you know.

Stay away from this company.
I ordered 2 “premium” mats for my van at a cost of £60.
The first set I ordered that were due to be delivered by Evri got lost in the post after waiting 4 weeks for them to arrive. Okay this was not Finest mats fault but dealing with their customer service was impossible.
After waiting the 4 weeks finest mats agreed to produce another set, these arrived about 3 weeks later to my disappointment.
I had paid £60 for 2 “premium “mats, there was nothing premium about them, you could get the same mats for £20 elsewhere. Given that you are unable to contact this company on the phone I emailed them to complain. They eventually got back to me and offered a 10% refund which I turned down and requested a full refund. This was on Friday 30th Jan and at time of writing this review I have still not heard anything back from them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, PRODUCT QUALITY FOR THE COST IS NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

I have just contacted trading standards and there is no record of this company in the UK, they say it must be an overseas company.
Stay away from them it’s a scam.

A car crash of a company, my order was over 3 weeks late , numerous emails and broken promises, avoid at all costs folks

Blatantly lie about delivery and product manufacture. Appalling customer service.

I ordered car mats for my Audi and despite providing my Reg number the wrong mats were sent. I am still trying to get a full refund, having no luck. Do not use this company! It’s impossible to communicate with them, they really don’t seem to understand the issue!

Absolutely shocking. Placed order, have waited over 10 working days as advised. Contacted company, said order would be out for delivery this week.
Checked tracking status and Evri are still waiting for the order.
It's now 15+ days since the order and still no car mats!
What is even more disappointing is that they were bought as a gift so the recipient is without their gift

I have found out the Hardway if you wish to chase them, You CANNOT RING THEM there is No telephone so emailing them is the only option
That’s a very big clue to AVOID this SCAM company.
I have requested a FULL REFUND on two occasions. I have not received it.
I take this as a total refusal to refund me.
They will make excuses about the mats being individually produced and this can take 8 days I am currently at 25 days
I have checked on the SHOP app to checked delivery allegedly my order was sent to EVI on 08/01/2026 that’s BULLSQUIRT
I have also contacted Action Fraud to report this SCAM Company & additionally the FCA to make them aware.
Do not use this company.

Service awful. Order late. Paid for premium and got value. Not even basic. Personalisation was wrong. Stay away!

Despicable company to deal with. Despite waiting over three weeks I never received my order and customer service was virtually non-existent, so had to raise a dispute/chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back which I did.

Please avoid dealing with this unscrupulous company who, I believe have no intention of ever supplying you with the goods you have order. Basically they just take your money and don't deliver. Also there is no customer contact number and they don't respond to emails.

I really wish I had read all the negative feedback about this scam of a company before placing an order. My mistake and lesson learnt but thankfully my credit card company stepped in and helped out and did a chargeback.
