Buyer beware. The company advertises free shipping and I received confirmation of my order, including free shipping the date of purchase, but they refused to honor the order days later unless I agreed to pay shipping on the product.

The hearth pad was $330, over the $199 free shipping threshold. Again, another misrepresentation by an untrustworthy company

Do not buy from this business. We ordered a fire pit the end of December 2024 and still have not received it. It was not listed as back ordered when we purchased it but after never receiving communication about shipment I called early January and was told it was back ordered. We have never received any updated information from them. Now it’s February and I’ve still not had any communication from them. Starting to wonder if this is a fraudulent website!

Tiffany (the owner) was quick to respond over chat and matched the price of a competing website. Shipping was fast. Really appreciated their shipping guidance video. The firepit arrived in perfect working shape! I was a little nervous, since these guys didn’t have any reviews outside of their own website, but I had a great experience with them, so I wanted to make sure I shared it.
