He went above and beyond to help one of our special needs students who was anxious about bus rides feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire ride to and from BRKFREE. This was our first experience with First Student, and it definitely won’t be our last :)

Driver was great

The driver was great and got us to and from the event safely and in a timely manner.

First charter was great and the 2 different drivers we had were lovely and patient with our teens. We also had to resolve a weather issue quickly and their team was great to work with.

Our guests loved the driver; he was very patient and accommodating. Great service! Customer service was very kind and easy to work with.

Bus driver was courteous and he showed up early.

Bus was 90 minutes late to pick us up for a 1-day trip. No one contacted us to let us know, even though the company knew the bus would be late. I had to call dispatch and was told the bus should be there anytime. I called back 30 minutes later to inquire when and was told it would be another 30 minutes or so...We were scheduled to be picked up at 7:30 am and the bus finally showed up at 9 am. Only reason I give the company 2 stars instead of 1 is the driver on the return trip was professional, courteous and did a great job.

the bus driver Deniece Perry has experience with adults with intellectual disabilities and deafness so she was able to be understanding and communicate with everyone

We are beyond disappointed with First Charter Bus Rental. We had contracted and paid for 3 buses for our April event. Only 2 buses showed up which had a very negative impact on the experience for our participants at the event. I will never work with this company again.

Our bus was 25 minutes late to pick us up but once it got there the driver was nice, safe and got us to our destination.

Our bus drivers are always awesome, and Maria at our local branch where our buses are dispatched from is the best.

Drivers were there at the times they were supposed to be. I didn’t use the buses but guests had no complaints.

Bus drivers were on time at 181 University Ave. and got us to our destination on time, safe and sound. The courteous drivers accepted the invitation to join our party at Medieval times, and were available to take us home promptly when our party finished at 9:15, we were back at hotel by 9:45.
Booking staff were extremely polite and courteous, even though I made several changes, which I am sure was annoying.

It was easy and quick to order the bus and response was very timely. The bus was on time and the driver was friendly.

The out reach before the event was great. The bus drivers came on time. We only had one problem the first bus on the way back left with only 5 people and did not give us time to announce it was leaving.

All bus drivers were polite and responsive to requests they could accommodate.
