Our driver was amazing, she was right on time and did a great job getting us around. Great personality and a great driver. It was a fun way for all of us to be together to celebrate my husband's birthday. Would 100% recommend and would certainly use again.

Pickup and drop off times were perfect.

The buses all arrived earlier than scheduled which we appreciated. I rode on the Blenheim bus. Our driver was very professional and helpful in making our trip more successful. Passengers from the other buses were equally pleased. Unfortunately one bus was caught up in some mud but that sometimes happens. Overall a great experience.

Paige was incredible to work with. She helped me change the buses a week before and everything was perfect!

The bus driver was polite, communicated effectively, cooperative, and was very positive throughout the day.
The two buses were in good condition and ride to and from each field trip destination and to school was smooth.

The one problem was the bus that was chosen for our Friday, April 24 trip from Toronto to camp near Acton. We had paid for a luggage bus, but the driver brought a non-luggage bus, with no luggage compartment underneath, and one of the seats had her daughter’s car seat in it, so could not be used. We had 44 people and luggage in that bus which has capacity for 46, so we knew we would be tight, but it was very uncomfortable for the leaders and Girl Guides squished in, with their bags on their lap. I called your after-hours number on Saturday, and the woman I spoke to promised to have the driver bring a proper luggage bus on Sunday, April 26 to take everyone back – and she did! It made a world of difference to be able to put quite a few of the hard luggage bags underneath. The seats themselves seemed to be higher, so there was more room for bags under each seat, and the driver did not have her daughter’s car seat taking up a chair. Lovely drive back to Toronto! The driver was lovely, so the only issue was that we had paid for a luggage bus both ways – it was right in our contract. Not sure how that got mixed up, but we were very impressed with the fact that first charter was able to hear our concerns on a Saturday afternoon. (great after hours phone number service!) And rectify the situation for all our Girl Guides and leaders by the return trip. This is our second year using you, and that wrong bus on Friday was the only problem we’ve had.

Overall a great experience and a competitive rate! The only downsides was the under-bus storage being small and difficult to open, so we weren't able to bring a cart that we had planned to bring.

The driver of our event was so lovely! We don't have any complaints about the service of the driver.

However, we were supposed to use services 2 other days, and the process to book is incredibly analog and confusing. Ultimately, unbeknownst to us, those days did not get scheduled appropriately and we were left waiting for a bus that would never arrive. It look me over 40 minutes until I reached a representative to try to see what was going on. Unfortunately the rep that I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and basically said we were out of luck. Because of this, I do not believe our business will be using this service in the future.

The bus driver was early for our pick-up. He was also very friendly. The company was easy to work with and very accommodating with our all our changes.

I had a lot of questions that I submitted either by a phone call or by email and I received an updated response quickly. I also called to move the time up just to be sure that we had enough time to get to our location. I was told that it was not possible to find a driver at this point of submitting all paper work and payment, however, they would do the best they could and they did deliver an earlier pick up time. That was great and helpful

First Student was able to accommodation us at the last minute and our driver, was great!

While the bus got us safely to our destination and back, it arrived nearly 15 minutes AFTER the time we were supposed to depart, and was also late to pick up when bringing us back-- despite us calling to confirm the pickup time whilst on our trip. This took away time from our field trip, and also caused concern on the part of parents who were expecting their children to arrive at the pick-up location by a certain time. We were told we would receive a partial refund for the service, and have not as of yet.
