I presum,e the book was "the enigma of reason" it arrived very quickly ...from where i am not sure as it had NO paper account! . I believe things are pretty chaotic , amazon is apparently defunct ! is this so? as an old the whole computer situation is made BEWILDERING!!! as confusing paperwork is a REAL PROBLEM ...an 1890 format would be GREAT WHO ,WHAT (specifically) HOW MUCH (price) . clear information is paramount. .the packaging was exellent,

Good tracking of where parcel was. Just took awhile getting from Uk supplier to Australia. Quick delivery to NZ however from Aussie. Good choice of books.

I bought a book in december they provided Aramex tracking after waiting for months said the parcel was lost amd provided me the refund. I went and bought the same book again as I needed the book. Again same happened and got the refund. So now I bought the book third time and this time too appears it is lost. I have been in touch with our mail services, and it appears that the parcel is not received by courier. Over the past few days, I had to make a number of phone calls to try and established where the parcel is, and I have no idea. Had to wait for five months just for one damn book whole semester is gone and no book at sight. Never buying again from fishpond. God dont want refund just send me the damn book.

Update : I have finally received my book. Also, got a positive response from fishpond. Updating the stars for positive response.

Great prices, service and communication!

3 books out of 7 ordered were lost. Fishpond did not replace one that was available but at a higher price. The other two that I have been told that they will be replaced have not been received 3 weeks later and no further comms to provide an update.

Takes too long to deliver. The second time I have been waiting weeks. I am still waiting.

I am a return purchaser and over the years I have been dealing with Fishpond the service give has been excellent. I've never had an issue. One minor matter that probably could be improved is the packaging material. I have found with our postal-courier providers they aren't all that fussed about handling. Upon receipt of item/s they have arrived split open - not all, the odd occasion. Thankfully without too much damage done.
