Jennie Smith was helpful and lovely on the phone!

They are scammers. I booked my flights through blue light card which directed me to this website. The prices shown for one way ticket was reasonable to book, but but but , scammers alert, I did not receive my tickets and keep getting the email that my booking is not confirmed, so I called the customer care of flight world where they asked me to upgrade my fight by paying 500 pounds more and assured that after doing so I will receive my tickets within 30 minutes. I had no other choice as they locked my 800 pounds, so I paid another 500 pounds, but still not received any confirmation or e- tickets , luckily my better half called the airline and guess what these people has given their email address and phone number so that the airline can not update me any flight information and these people can make more money. Somehow my husband dealt with the situation and got the contact information changed to mine. I mean my story is long but the message is never ever book tickets through the they are scammers with fake names. Taking advantage of peoples' situation.

Flight offered at£371.00 turned out to be £706. I would not accept and they said I could not cancel and I was waitlisted and it would take about 10 days to sort out. Now trying to stop transaction with my credit card.

Scam alert…..
Everything from the first place was a scam. They put the cheap price on website not showing beforehand that it is a promotional fare and after you book it, they keep calling you to upgrade the tickets and there is no seat available, making excuses saying that you are on waitlist and the seat is not guaranteed, which never happens with any airlines.
Very bad experience. It’s just a trap for making you pay extra for an upgrade.
They even have English names when I can clearly tell by how they speak that they are not.

Jennifer gave me a really good experience using flight world. She helped me to book flights - would definitely use again when booking a holiday. thankyou

What a CON/SCAM artist!!!!

Stay away from this Flightoworld !

Last week, I saw air flights (Air India) to the Far East with an attractive price of ~£400 each passenger and booked 2 x air tickets and paid by Credit Card.
Quickly I received their email which stated in their Booking-Confirmation email that
"This isn't your E-Ticket; We will be emailing you within the following 48 hours."

After 24 hours I received a phone call from Flightoworld, saying that these tickets were not including LUGGAGES both Outbound and Inbound and said "so if you want to have/bring LUGGAGES then you need to pay an EXTRA of £300 for each passenger!".

I said I wanted to cancel this Booking,
They SAID I cannot cancel it after 24 hours and said these are in their Terms & Conditions.

I quickly replied to their Booking email:

You stated in your email that
"This isn't your E-Ticket; We will be emailing you within the following 48 hours."
I am looking forward to receiving my 2 x E-Tickets by Tues, 30 Dec 2025 at 15:52.

If I do not receive my 2 x E-Tickets by 15:52pm tomorrow/Tuesday, then You are not providing the service that you promise to supply and THEREFORE you are going to cancel this booking and cancel my Credit card payment in full of "£798.64".

Then after 48 Hours, I still not received any E-Tickets, I emailed them as bellow:

Following your email to me last night and the 48-Hour already had now passed
BUT
I still have not received my 2 x E-Tickets !!!!!

You did not delivered what you stated/promised:
"This isn't your E-Ticket; We will be emailing you within the following 48 hours."

You are wasting other people's time!
And
I am very disappointed with your service!

I already mentioned in my last email to you that:

If I do not receive my 2 x E-Tickets by 15:52pm tomorrow/Tuesday, then You are not providing the service that you promise to supply and THEREFORE you are going to cancel this booking and cancel my Credit card payment in full of "£798.64".

Therefore this booking is now CANCELLED and you refund me my Credit card payment in full of "£798.64".

Then they called me and offered me tickets with LUGGAGES for Extra of £260 each passenger.
I refused and asked them to reply to my last email.

Then they replied and confirmed the CANCELLATION of this Booking.

My message to ALL is below:
This is how to deal with this CON/SCAM artist!!!!

I booked my flights back in November and was told to call just before my flight in January to arrange seating allocation and check in. Bella Watson was super helpful and so easy to assist in my seating and check in it was almost like having a personal assistant. Strongly recommend if you want premium flights and luxury service contact Bella

I was not able to get the ticket that I wanted for some reason there was an issue however Jennifer was on the case and was trying her best to help me. She was very quick to respond and very attentive. Even though the outcome was not what I expected Jennifer was very helpful and kind.

Flight ticket directly purchase is much cheaper then what they provide and plus extra headache when they ask you more money to book the flight ticket which u already booked.

The customer service lady, Jennie Smith was so helpful in covering every aspect of our journey. I cannot thank her enough for making our journey so well organised, leaving us stress free. We will definitely use your company again and recommend to other travellers.

What absolute joke I have server mental health issues and they have just sent me in to a total crisis all because they tried to get more money out of me calling me on Christmas Day BEWARE

I used this website first time and I’m very satisfied with the customer service. Booking was easy and after sales service is impressive too. My flight is tomorrow morning and this morning ZOYA KHUNEJA called me to reconfirm everything. She was well spoken, well trained and extremely cooperative.
