Avoid at all costs you will deal with an Indian 🇮🇳 call centre ! I have informed Police and CAA about this outfit the company are scammers , they lure you in with cheap flights that don’t exist then call you , to charge you extra for luggage or flight upgrade ,stand your ground don’t pay extra or accept replacement cheaper flights. SCUM!!!

Be careful this agent, must avoid
just happened to me, booked flight ticket online and fully paid and confirmed. Next day, sent you email and said you are on waiting list. I called them to discuss and they said no guarantee the seat and refused to refund. I need to wait for don't know how long for their final confirm whether has seat or no seat. I cannot book any ticket now and I don't get my money nether.

what's a scam.

Be very careful when purchasing your ticket. The price advertised is only to lure you in.. A day or two later after purchasing your ticket, you will get a phone call telling you the ticket is no longer available and that you are now on standby list so you might not even fly on the day .The only positive experience is I got my money back. When asking Flightofly how this is possible as nowhere in the terms and conditions does it say this. they said that it was advertised by a third-party and had nothing to do with them.

Never buy from this company. Very misleading! It will lur you in with the lowest price and than send you an email stating the luggages and mails are not included! Later, they won't even send you the flights confirmations! AVOID, AVIOD

Avoid, never received tickets. Was told told couldn't cancel it. Going to have to go through credit card company.

Scam avoid this company at all cost, this company obviously buys good reviews since they all naming American name while the man over the phone is indain I’ve seen more say the same

DONT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY GIVE YOU A ‘great deal’ ON ALL THESE TICKETS THEN TELL YOU YOU’RE ON A WAITLIST AND TO PAY £300 MORE FOR A GUARANTEED TICKET. DONT FALL FOR IT. 100% THEY DO THIS ON ALL TRANSACTIONS. ALSO RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS AND SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE CAA WHO WILL SHUT THEM DOWN!!! THEY’RE IN BREACH OF SO MANY LAWS.

OPERATOR WAS HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL, AND ACCOMODATING

This company are not legitimate. They offer cheap flights that don’t exist. They phone you the following day to say that your ticket is on a standby queue with the airline and you cannot get a refund. They then offer alternate flights that are a lot more expensive. I had two days being harassed by their Indian call centre. I finally informed them that I would sort it out through my credit card company. The next day I got the money refunded and found out that they hadn’t taken the money from the credit card just blocked it. I assume that all the positive reviews are false as the names of people they supposedly spoke to are English but the call centre is Indian
