Didn’t even want to give it a one!!
They have fslsely advertised their product. It’s done on cheap plastic and just different people’s faces added. To do this to people especially at Christmas is disgusting, just wanted to do something nice for my family. They didn’t even offer my money back only a 10 percent discount, which I very quickly replied to tell them where to “shove it”!!! Only blame myself for being stupid so hopefully tis might help in letting others to Keep Clear “ of the company!!!Rating should have read minus 10!!

This is the first time using this business. I was lucky in that. I did receive items ordered, though not necessarily as anticipated.

The cartoonish plaque of the individuals from the photograph sent was fairly good if not a bit better. It is printed on plexiglass and looks Reasonably durable.

The photograph of the desk decor on the website, gives one the impression that it is bronze statue like in color and three dimensional i.e. a small statue. It’s not. Similarly, it is printed on plexiglass and the face which might have been difficult to enlarge and print nevertheless was also cartoonish. i’ve been more aware of this, I probably would have opted not to get it.

Entregaron con muchísimo retraso, decían de 3 a 5 días de fabricación y otros 3 a 5 días de transporte urgente, que es el que pagamos. Después de un mes desde el pedido, hemos recibido el articulo que no corresponde con la foto enviada, rota en una esquina, ni con la imagen publicitaria que pone en su propaganda por internet. El definitiva el producto recibido es una autentica basura. No recomiendo a nadie comprar en Funswan.

They do a terrible job, I don't recommend them.

SCAM. I never write reviews, but felt it necessary to save anyone and everyone from using this company. We paid for a custom soccer ball with expedited shipping. After the allotted time surpassed with zero update on our order, I emailed customer service. They only respond in the middle of the night because they are from another Country, which made things difficult. I was told there was a "quality issue" and the item needed to be remade. I assumed that was already being done, as they had our order for two weeks at that point. It has been 7 days since I was notified of the issue and with each email I am asking them if they are already re-making our order and we still want the expedited shipping we paid for. Each response they ask me a different question. Do I still want them to make it? Do I want them to refund our expedited shipping? They will not answer me if they have re-made my item, which it's obvious they have not. They are intentionally delaying making my order because I truly don't think they ever attempted to the first time, nor do I think they plan to this time.. Hence the review. Please save yourself the time, money, frustration... go to Etsy.

Es una estafa. Ni me han mandado el pedido ni responden con razonamientos claros. No puedo valorar el producto porque tenia que haber llegado hace una semana y no a aparecido. ES UNA ESTAFA. NO COMPREN

Una estrella me parece demasiado. Pedí un camión de bomberos que en la imagen que muestran se ve claramente en 3D, muy bonito… me llega después de 20 días una plancha de plástico con un camión impreso encima… uno de los motivos de devolución con reembolso total es que el producto no sea lo que ellos venden por la web. Lo reclamo y me envían la típica letra pequeña de la descripción del producto donde pone que es un diseño 2D… osea que me como con patatas los casi 50€. VERGONZOSO, ESTAFADORES.

SCAM ALERT – Do Not Use This Company
FUNSWAN advertise a “3D Mountain Bike cup” with your choice of name also in 3D. They even send you a proof for approval that looks 3D. What actually arrived is nothing like what was promised.
I paid $84.93 for a cup with what turned out to be nothing more than a cheap 2D sticker. I also paid for express postage—which they admitted later was just sent as standard shipping. I still havent been refunded the difference.
Here’s my experience:
• Before ordering, I asked about production times and was told 3–5 days, plus 3–5 days for express shipping.
• A week later, I had no order confirmation and had to chase them. Their response: “We have a lot of orders, be patient.”
• Two weeks in, I searched reviews online and saw the same story over and over again—people being scammed by FUNSWAN.
• I raised a PayPal dispute and amazingly the next day I received an email saying my order had shipped.
• Four weeks in, still nothing. I emailed again and was told, once more, “be patient.”
• Five weeks after placing the order, the cup finally arrived—I was disappointed to find a cheap 2-dimensional sticker in place of the 3D image as advertised and expected.
When I complained, they sent me excuses and fine print, claiming true 3D cups are “Very hard and expensive to make.” That’s exactly what they advertise though—misleading at best, deliberate scam at worst.
Bottom line: FUNSWAN is deceptive, their product is not as advertised, and they do not honour express shipping. In hindsight, I would have been better off ordering from a reputable company like YETI—better quality, faster service, laser engraving and no lies.

pedimos una diana personalizada y nos han mandado una tabla con la que no se puede jugar a nada, encima han tardado bastante

Ho acquistato dei braccialetti ad un costo non economico e si sono rotti non appena ho indossati... Il servizio clienti non mi ha rimborsato e mi ha consigliato di ripararli da sola con una pinza. Pessimo prodotto e servizio.

Es un fraude. No compréis, os va a venir mal y luego no os va a dar la facilidad para solucionarlo. A mí me ha estafado 44€

This company sold me a Chinese cheap rip off version of a front door sign. It was plastic not metal as advertised. It was a USB connection so no good at all to put on the front of my house. Endless conversations with them about a refund. Now they have completely scammed me by telling me to close the PayPal dispute & money still not returned. Do not use everything is complete rubbish and poor cheap quality. What a waste of £40!

My partner bought a personalised gift here and noted that the payee was quite odd as it was charged to an individual acct. in paypal rather than a company acct. When we placed an order, we did not receive an order confirmation. There is also no option to cancel your order. You need to email them. Beware, they will reply to you that a refund will be made within the week. I mean what company gives a refund within a week? Most companies now have set up a refund processing in the app or website and refund won’t take a week. Lastly, if you order here, block your card that you used and report the merchant to the bank as fraud to block them and avoid future unauthorised transactions. After I made purchase from this site, I received unauthorised charges in my card, it was an Amazon US payment when I’m not even from the US. They will steal you card details so don’t ever buy here!

I ordered a motorcycle clock and at the top of the clock when it came in, it came in broken. They proceeded to send me another one which mind you came after Christmas. I just opened it yesterday and it’s broken in the same spot which leads me to believe that there’s a defect in the motorcycle clock now I just want my money back cause I’m a very unhappy customer. I will never buy anything from them again and when it comes in, it looks cheap the name that I got on it wasn’t even centered. It was horrible. I won’t recommend this to anybody. I actually ordered from Sheen and they did a better job for $10. and keep in mind all you can do is send them emails. They don’t have any live people to actually talk to this is 2025. Let’s get somebody on the phone so they can resolve issues not emails. Thank you.

Ordered motorcycle helmet and jacket holder, for Christmas presents for husband and son, arrived late as no house number put on parcel, item delayed by airline, tracked to local delivery office and fortunately redirected, wish I hadn't bothered, got basically a wall plaque, that screws flat directly on to wall, contacted them and emailed fitting instructions and to hang jacket / helmet on screws" duh" know how to fit them, and screws barely 1/2 inch long, so what screws int wall!!!!
Wrangling at moment as they won't accept return as "too expensive". They know they are at fault and responsible for costs
