I ordered a motorcycle jacket and helmet hanger. Much smaller than photo shown in advertisements. Flimsy material and couldn’t hold a toothbrush let alone a jacket. Not worth putting holes in my wall

0 stars, gift orderedd for husband and arrived 2 months later and then the bad wrapping meant the gift arrived it was broken! Asked for a full refund due as it would miss the birthday and was denied.. If you want to buy a present that won’t arrive in actually gift-able condition and late, this is definitely the place to shop from ! Quality is completely horrendous too ! It was worth 1/5 of the value I paid.

NOOIT BESTELLEN! Product is wel geleverd, maar totaal niet zoals omschreven op de site. Afbeelding met bloemen is vaag afgebeeld op het hout, daardoor niet herkenbaar. Geld terug is een compensatie van 10% (lees 5 euro).

Received the item of low quality in the color that was claimed to be a dark gray, while common opinion of everyone who seen the product is a light gray color.
Cheap piece of material for a house plague with no means of attaching it to the bricks but the two-piece stick on hanger.
Wasted 37 dollars for something that I can’t never use due to the wrong color and poor quality that can’t withstand any windy day.
Very disappointed in this business.

Disclosure: This is my first negative review in 20 years of online shopping. This is how ripped off I feel about this purchase when it comes to price vs quality they offer. In addition, the color was misrepresented. Please save your hard earned money, don’t buy from this business!

The product came 3 weeks later, with a bunch of scratches all over the picture. I mail them about this and I want my money back for this broken product and they keep trying to gaslight me into saying that there is a film over my product, and the product itself is undamaged.

Acquistato un ciondolo ed una famigliola di pupazzi, i primi di dicembre, arrivo garantito entro il 15, vergognoso, ad oggi 25 dicembre nulla ancora, inviano un codice di tracciamento, che viene aggiornato ogni 48 ore, dicono, comunicano corriere GLS che non sa nulla e che con quel codice non sa come gestire la spedizione, giorni per avere una risposta per mail. servizio davvero scadente. Unica cosa certa, ho pagato ed anche salato.

Absolute joke!! Paid £35 for a motorbike helmet holder and got a child's light no bigger than my hand!!! Disgusting! Unfortunately I paid through PayPal so no money back despite their 'money back guarantee'!! Both are very good at Fraud! So I was left no choice but to report them to Watchdog and Action Fraud!

They are fraud! Never buy from them! You will lose your money and your lovely ones will stay without present! Chinese scammers!!!

Ho acquistato una ruota panoramica personalizza, mi è arrivata un po’ tardi e la devi montare tu, un’idea carina… le foto sono un po’ storte ma non tutte, forse è stata anche colpa mia perché mi ero dimenticata che erano a forma di cuore.

Zero stars. I paid $60 AUS I received my photo frame and was shocked at the quality of the photos. They were extremely blurry. I was so disappointed as it was a bday gift for my partner of 10 years. After emailing them they refused to do anything about it and kept making excuses as to why they were so blurry and zoomed in/cropped poorly. They did not offer a solution or money back or anything. I am so disappointed and waste of time and money. Highly do not recommend at all.
