I’ve received a defective phone

I’ve received a defective phone. It only worked for less than 30 minutes to an hour after that the screen went black. I called to have the phone return and they tell me that I might get the same phone meaning, I’m gonna get the same results so I give this company zero star stars and I still have not got a replacement phone

To be honest the phone won't stay charged after 2hrs and is very slow

I applied for a free government phone…

I applied for a free government phone is supposed to get free minutes every month and just because I didn't use my phone on time and now have to pay $20 a month for a free government phone so I no longer wish to go with this company and I'm going to apply for another free government phone one that doesn't require to have prepaid services

Hi Talitha, I understand the concern regarding your service status. To keep the Lifeline benefit active, federal regulations require the phone to be used at least once every 30 days. If the service isn't used, the free benefit is removed and the line may be suspended. If your benefit was removed, you can purchase a prepaid plan or reapply to keep your line active.
