I have only just started my first jar but it smells and feels different to other creams I’ve tried and my skin does feel better I have not subscribed but if it does work I’ll order again

What I love about about this cream - absorbs nicely, not greasy, my skin stays hydrated and so soft. As for the firming, I have used 2 jars already and haven’t noticed a firming difference in my crepy... Mehr ansehen

I received my first order only a few…

I received my first order only a few days ago, so I cannot comment yet on Cellu's effectiveness tackling crepey skin (which is limited on me to the inside of my elbows), as I understand and know it takes time, perhaps 30 days of regular use (both morning and before bed) to see and feel the positive changes.

I bought creepy skin cream to try on 3…

I bought creepy skin cream to try on 3 tubs for price of 2 introductory offer. Do not like the smell or the feel of it. Within 3 weeks I get notification that they are charging me for another 3 tubs. I try to cancel but they won't let me and send anyway. I ask to return and they say I have to send to China at my own cost and if it doesn't arrive, hard luck no refund.
I am very disappointed

Absurd postage cost policy has me never returning

They actually have some great products (the crepey skin cream seems to do its job but the eye revival complex has done NOTHING) but have lost me as what would have been a long term loyal customer due to their dishonest practices.

I was placing my 2nd order with them and there were upselling options at great prices. I was intending to purchase all 3 but when I accepted the first one, I was charged an additional full postage cost. For a spatula!!!

I raised it immediately and they cancelled the order but were clear there had been no refund. So I have still paid a full postage charge for a tiny spatula to be added to my order.

There was follow up seeking to resolve but it came to a grinding halt when it was stated that the policy is that for each upsell item a full postage charge is also added. Some rubbish about ensuring the orders are accurate. Utter rubbish.

I am now reporting to relevant consumer affairs authorities as this can’t possibly be legitimate.

Thankfully there are other businesses with awesome alternatives that don’t rip people off in this way.

I received order didn't like the smell

I received order didn't like the smell, I returned order to warehouse it was sent from in the same package now they have denied my refund now saying I have to return it to China after I already sent it. I sent them tracking # and proof of delivery

Beware automatic repeat orders

I like the cream and would buy it again but specifically asked that there be no repeat orders.
I ordered "buy 2 get 1 free" and was happy when it arrived but a month later I found I had been charged €62 for a single pot on a repeat order.

Not worked for me

I have been using Cellu for 4 or 5 weeks and I can't say its worked to be absolutely honest. I hoped it would but I am nearly at the end of the first tub. I haven't used a pea size amount because its not enough. I am disappointed.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They have signed me up to a subscription where they take money each month, without my permission!!!! You cannot cancel it!!!. The cream is ok but it's nothing special and not worth the high price. It smells nasty too

Bought the items,it did not work or as…

Bought the items,it did not work or as described at all.The money back guarantee is nonsense!!!then to my horror I been signed up for subscription which I did not do.And money went out my account .I contacted the customer care ,told them I did not sign up for subscription and please cancel and refund my money and I had not received the 2nd order or items they had charged me for.Customer services offered 20 percent back on my order,I was fuming.responses to emails takes days,and I have asked for my money back and repeatedly informed them of all the issues.explained in every email I did not sign up for subscription ,first delivery items not as described and 2nd has not arrived !!!!!And I’m not happy,You just get a email from them saying we will respond in 24 hrs ,finally saying again it’s been delivered .Then delivery is just dumping outside a front door ,in a public open space so clearly no signature or giving to a person and left randomly . I have not received these items and still fighting to get my money back.Ovoid this company at all cost.really wish I read the reviews before purchasing anything.The products do not work ,and the customer service is the poorest I have ever received ,this company are not trustworthy.Its crazy how they cannot see to run a good company ,firstly a product that does what you claim,good customers service ,and signed delivery’s .not jump dumped anywhere .what they are getting away with is shocking !!!!
