I have tried several creams for crepe skin. I’m 56 with generally good skin. This product is the first that I’ve actually noticed a difference in my skin. My arms look incredible!
I’ve only been using for 4 days. Seems hard to believe, but I’m extremely impressed!

My product arrived damaged and it smelt disgusting like it had gone off. The seals were broken and the cream had gone a dark brown in the lid. I contacted Cellu who actually responded very quickly. I provided photos of the damage and I was advised that 2 new containers were on their way. That was weeks ago and I have had no further contact, not received the replacement cream or a refund. I dont want this product I just want my money back

I have tried most everything, spent hundreds of dollars nothing has worked as well as this product

Terrible service. Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. Customer service will lead you around in circles to ensure you never get a refund.
Please avoid this company.
I'm now having to go through my bank to claim my money back from these fraudsters.

Still haven’t received the product and it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered it???

Further to my last complaint about this company, I cancelled my debit card so no further charges could be made unfortunately that doesn’t always work as this company has taken another payment from my new card of $53.98, I have been in contact with my bank and the new card has also been cancelled, my bank informed me if you have a dispute with an online purchase contact the bank as cancellation of your card won’t stop the company from taking further payments. I did contact Cellu (Zezza - Customer Support) (InBlair) to stop any further transactions and clearly that doesn’t work so please be aware

To get your money back is NOT easy. Emails can go on for a few days. First, they will offer a 20% refund for you to keep product. After that, it goes up to a 50% refund. They then tell you, the return has to be sent to an international address. None of this is mentioned before purchasing.

I wish I could give this product a zero! It doesn’t work any better than the great moisturizer I had been using. AND even though I was very careful NOT to enroll in a continuous shipment, they keep shipping this horrible product. It is a scam directed at women who are older. Don’t buy it!!!!!

Right from the start, my skin was hydrated and very smooth with CELLU. The MOST incredible thing is it stays hydrated! I have dry skin and occasional eczema. I’m surprised when I see my perfectly moisturized skin 24 hours later. I’ve been using it for a week and will have to wait to see if it works for crepey areas.

The texture of the skin becomes very soft to touch

This company is really bad.
The cream is basic with nothing special added it dose not work.
They will not cancel your subscription so you need to delete your card from the system or block them.
The price is disgusting, and my items came months after ordered and I kept having to pay, but I was able to shut that card down.
I only wanted to try the product not pay $145 a month for supermarket grade $5 cream.
They then sent an empty box in two parcel bags? Why? This company needs to be assessed and shut down.
It's false in all ways, it's advertising is fake, it's product is bad, service is bad, and they take money without asking.
And provide no way to get out of a contract when the 60 days free, they lock you in and you can't cancel!
Do not trust this product!

I was skeptical because nothing ever worked for my arms. Cellu actually made a visible difference after about a month.

I advise people to be very very careful when they order this. Cellu do not wait to see if you like it enough to re-order, there is a link somewhere on the order that you tick so you a buying a 'subscription' and not placing a one off order. No matter what you buy you want to be able to see if it works for you before you re-order. This link is a scam. I did not tick 'subscription' and after countless emails must log in to unsubscribe. They will not cancel your order unless you actually find the link and do it yourself. I can now see why I am not seeing results in the product. It is just not good enough to re-order again - or else they would not be scamming you with their order site,

Have been using cellu for over a month now and there is no difference in my crepey skin. Waste of money

So far I have used one tub of cream and at first I thought this is doing nothing. But when I apply it on damp skin it seems to be working so yes I still have crepey skin on my arms but it’s improving as long as it is used constantly on damp skin.

After consistent use, my arms look firmer and less wrinkled. I appreciate that it's gradual and believeable.

The biggest change for me is how my arms look in daylight. Much smoother and healthier overall.

I placed my order on 14th January and have still not received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and request a refund, I have been repeatedly ignored or given vague responses. Based on my experience, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT’S A SCAM.

***SCAM ALERT****I’m really disappointed with my experience with Cellu. I received a batch of five Crepey Skin Repair Cream jars that smelled awful and were clearly faulty. I sent photos and followed up several times initially was told they were shipping replacements straight away but two weeks later i still hadn’t received a shipment notice. I followed up multiple times and only got generic, copy‑paste replies.
After weeks of delays, I was told my complaint was under review and would be updated within 24 hours—nothing since. I’ve asked for a refund, but the lack of genuine support and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I used to love this product, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.

Edit: I was promised a refund which of course never eventuated, when followed up they had decided I would have to return the product for refund! Stay away from this company!
