I just had Crepey skin cream delivered and when I opened the package which had clearly been tampered with, there was just an empty box. Very disappointing

You will get signed up for a monthly subscription without your consent which is fraud.
I will be in touch with the Financial Ombudsman again tomorrow as this is the SAME company called Lymphoria and this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in a matter of weeks!!

It took a few weeks, but the crepey texture on my arms is noticeably reduced. Worth sticking with.

Do not order this product. You will be caught in a never ending repeat cycle. It would be ok if it worked but i ended up with blisters and peeling skin.

Do not buy this product. First, it doesn’t work. Second, it smells bad - some people might like the smell, but I thought it was awful. Third, it takes a very long time to get to you. Fourth, it is advertised as “risk free,” but it’s not. I tried to return it within the “risk free” period and found that the seller is in China, and shipping exceeded the purchase price by about 100% - so, not worth returning. Cellu says they’ll refund your purchase if you return the product to them, but they don’t pay for return shipping. Instead they offer you a 30% refund on the amount you spent. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I believe I do see a slight difference in my skin. My arms look better so I am starting to use it on my legs. Will continue to see if this really works. Hoping it does so I can justify the cost.

Product arrived very quickly. Started using twice a day and have noticed slight improvement within first week and feel confident it will keep improving. Easily absorbed cream and I’m looking forward to my skin to continue to improve.

This cream is a scam, you get charged 2 pots for 58$ in the US and in the uk the cream is £12 for one pot.
I have unsubscribed but guess what 2 other pots of the awful cream have arrived, getting my bank to insure this does not happen again.
I do NOT WANT ANY MORE OF THIS HORRIBLE CREAM.

As others have noted, I too fell for the scam. Repeat ordering is not mentioned at checkout so please read the small print. I now have 6 tubs of the cream. Absolutely no difference to my skin texture at all. They say that they will refund if you don't see a difference after three weeks! Is it worth paying the postage back to China and then not receiving a refund. Please please please do not fall for all these fraudulent scams playing on the insecurities of older ladies

Total scam. Very agressive and repetitive communication. After a few emails I got a link to cancel the subscription....which I never new I had signed up for. The subscription was automatically applied without clear and transparant disclosure.

I love this product. I saw immediate results with the texture of my skin. It's not greasy and feels great.

Like many other people providing reviews here, I have been scammed by this company. Presumably the purchase is set by default to a repeating subscription, which is effectively invisible when you purchase. Instead of buying the product once, you buy it repeatedly every 4 weeks. It so far has proved impossible to cancel. Best bet is to go to your bank and try to cancel all payments. With luck, they may no longer accept payments to these scammers. Worse case scenario: cancel your card.

I really like this cream. I am using it all over my body and have definitely noticed an improvement. I am age 66 and the skin on my arms was getting crepy. It feels and looks much firmer. I have been using Cellu for about 5 or 6 months so it isn't immediate but give it time . I also use it on my face and my skin is firmer . It has been commented on. The company were great when I had a query with them and replied quickly.

Scam don’t buy off them

On the date of writing this review, 8th Jan 2026, I have been waiting nearly 5 weeks for my 2nd delivery. No tracking data is available - numerous requests for a refund or redelivery merely elicit empty promises of a future update from their logistics team. In the meantime any benefits (?) achieved from using my first delivery have been lost.

I have been signed up for a subscription that I did not request. Avoid at all costs. This is yet another scam.
I have tried to get them to cancel but with no result as yet.

I'm updating my review of Cellu because of their really efficient customer service. The product itself is no good for me because I really don't like the smell. Cellu have been very quick to contact me and ask what the problem is. When I said I can't use the cream because of the smell, and didn't want to return it because of the prohibitive cost, they offered to refund my money. I agreed, and it is back in my bank after just 2 days. I'm very happy with their service, and really wish I could try the product to see if it is as good as they claim. The smell might not be off putting to others - we all have a different reaction to odours!

I find the cream moisturizing and absorbs well but no sign of firmness. Smell is pleasant.
Shame really.

WARNING to potential customers ⚠️

This company signs people up for recurring subscriptions but provides NO clear way to cancel.
There is no “cancel subscription” option in the account — only email unsubscribe, which does not stop charges.

I contacted support multiple times — no response.
To stop further charges, I was forced to block my bank card through my bank.

This is misleading and unethical business practice.
The cream itself did absolutely nothing.

Think twice before ordering.
