I’ve had a good experience using this app for the Buy Now, Pay Later option. It’s convenient because you can make a purchase and spread the cost into manageable monthly payments instead of paying everything upfront.

The only downside for me is that the interest can be a little high. For example, my nine-month plan would have cost around £118 in interest. However, I was able to pay the balance off within six months, three months earlier than the original plan.

I think it would be great if customers who settle their payments early could receive some compensation or a reduction in the interest, especially when paying off the balance several months ahead of schedule.

Apart from that, I find the app useful and easy to use. Being able to buy what you need and pay little by little each month is very helpful.

Overall, I’m happy with the service. The interest is the main area I think could be improved, but overall it’s a good Buy Now, Pay Later option.

When I first signed up to Vuelo, the one-time card was one of the biggest reasons I chose to use the app. It gave me the flexibility to spend and book through almost any travel or booking website, which made the service genuinely useful and stood out from other options.

Removing this feature has completely changed the appeal of Vuelo. The limited booking options available now are extremely restrictive and, quite frankly, make the app far less useful than it was when I originally signed up. This feels like a significant downgrade to the service, especially for existing users who joined because of the flexibility the one-time card provided.

I’m genuinely disappointed with this change, and if the one-time card feature is not brought back, I can’t see myself continuing to use Vuelo. It was a key feature that made the app worth using, and without it, there is very little that differentiates Vuelo from other services.

I really hope you reconsider this decision. Otherwise, I feel many users who signed up based on the original features will feel like they have been mislead

Easy to use. Affordable monthly payment

Great and easy to use, luggage included with flight, also cheaper booking through Vuelo than through standard operators. Well happy and easy pay instalments or pay in full

Since they stop virtual card is not the same. Shame I use alot before. Now is really limited

Flawless booking experience coupled with flexible payment plans! Vuelo is just fantastic!

I am not sure why Vuelo has taken away the option for a one time payment card yet using their search for flights is not cost effective and very limited choices. Please Vuelo, bring back the one time card payment option or at least broaden the choices.

Easy to find flights and compare and super easy to book including good options for payment plans

Really poor experience trying to book a flight from London to Melbourne (Australia). It kept defaulting to Melbourne, Florida so I’d have to start the search again. Melbourne Tullamarine MEL comes up as ‘Greater Geelong’ which is geographically correct, but not the airport name. There is also no filtering option when results are eventually returned, so you can’t find a preferred airline or departure/arrival time. Given there are several airports to depart from in London, it would be helpful to be able to select a few to compare prices and travel time. It also returned a direct flight from Heathrow to Melbourne, which is strange as that route doesn’t exist yet, I wish!

All in all, confusing and diminished my trust in the app, won’t be using it for this trip. Great idea, but too many issues to part with my cash for now.

Great app, very user friendly. Easy to make a booking in seconds and hassle free. I booked by latest flights via the app and very happy with the process.

Quick process and easy to navigate

Very easy to book at affordable prices. I asked a question about itinerary and got a response straight away too

Although in th end i managed to get a flight, the app was playing up a lot. I would get a flight schedule and when trying to procede it would take money from my account then cqncel my order. Plus the auto customer care does not respond on time

So far so good!! This service has really come in handy.
