I had an issue and called the Glide number provided. It was fixed with ease and my handler Shahed was very helpful and friendly. Fixed the issue in 2 minutes.

I had an issue with my WiFi and after its resumed, I failed to connect it. I called the customer service and Shahed who answered my call was very helpful and he did everything for me in the background, so after a few minutes waiting, I am able to reconnect to my WiFi. He is very friendly and efficient.

Naz from the extended hours was very helpful.

After some initial issues, I’m very happy with the service from Glide.

The connection was previously inconsistent, with regular dropouts and occasional longer outages. However, after escalating the issue, it was handled quickly and professionally.

An engineer named Li, based in Wembley, came out the very next day. He was friendly, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the problem. He identified that the issue was caused by an old or damaged cable in the wall and managed to bypass it with a practical solution.

Since then, the connection has been stable with no outages. Really appreciate the prompt response and the quality of the fix.
