I had a really good experience with Glide. The service was smooth and reliable, and everything worked as expected. What stood out the most was how helpful and supportive the staff were—they were always ready to assist and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
I truly appreciate the level of customer service provided, and it made a big difference to my overall experience. I would definitely recommend Glide to others and would happily use their services again.

For the last 2 months I have been experiencing my Wifi being intermittent and been regularly calling and emailing glide to support me in this issue. Today I was on the phone after calling the support 033 number for 40 minutes with Devine Achuba where I was put on hold numerous times throughout this phone call , despite asking not to. When asking to escalate my ticket regarding my Wifi she was unable to provide support in this and would not put me in contact with a manager. I am very upset with my experience and my issue with the wifi sit remains unknown and unsolved.

I had a wifi connection issue with my laptop and finally it was resolved. Now I can use my laptop in my accomodation. I'm really thankful to Shahed who are so patient and kind enough to resolve my preoblem with me. Even though it was an hour-phone call, he kindly suggested troubleshooting steps and explained what was wrong with my laptop. I really appreciated this!
