Completely trash experience with the wifi. The latency spikes every other day completely impossible to stream or play anything. Dont live anywhere providing this trash internet service

I’ve been using glide for 2 years now and I’ve never had any issues with the service or the internet they provide. Rung up to cancel my subscription as I’m leaving my apartment 2 days after my full months bill falls due. Naz was really helpful and walked me through how I can cancel my subscription and only pay for the period I’m going to be under contract in the apartment. Couldn’t recommend more and appreciate his assistance!

The name "Glide" seems ironic, as it feels like staff just glide into their roles without any real knowledge or skills. I live at a Quintain property, which unfortunately partners with Glide for internet services. The internet is consistently unreliable—among the worst I’ve experienced—and the customer service is equally disappointing. Over the past six months, I’ve opened more than a dozen support cases, all of which have been closed without any resolution. I still don’t have working internet. The support team follows a script of basic tests, and even when they acknowledge there's an issue, they seem completely unsure of how to fix it.

UTTERLY UNBELIEVABLE DISSAPOINTMENT
I was promised a smooth transition to the fastest speed they have and day after the applied, all hell break loose. Intermittent connection to lost connection to changed network SSID to 30 minute no connection to rep saying there was a probes with a cable to apologising to not be able deliver the cable asap to forcing to close the case with no resolution. in 12 hours time as we speak, I will have client meeting. Will probably loose this business proposal of mine to them. Wish me luck guys!

Customer service rep Naz solved my issue very quickly, I was frustrated at first since my call dropped, but he was able to call me back so I didn’t have to do the confirmation again. I got my problem resolved and he was rather kind and respectful.

Having joined 4 months ago, every single month there has been an issue on Glides side with the payment system which means that every month they expect you to call them, wait on hold for an operator and then to do the same manual payment. If you are happy to have to do this with repeat calls in cases that the payment doesn’t work for them again then go with this terrible service.
