I was skeptical, but the process was really easy and fairly quick.

I needed my FBI check for my partner’s residency visa so after reading a lot of reviews for Globeia I felt confident to use their service. As time was of the essence I chose their home fingerprinting service which was excellent. The person who came to my home to perform the service was so professional and really helpful. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I was notified that my fingerprints were sent to the US and I received my FBI results 2.5 weeks later.

Needing to obtain a FBI Police Clearance from the Middle East, GlobeIA has been wonderful in aiding me throughout every step of the journey. Their service has been so helpful, genuinely. The staff were patient, consistent and very understanding of all the inquiries I sent. They were also efficient and communicative with every step of the process we were at too!

I was a bit last minute (entirely of my own doing).

Once they received my mailed fingerprints ,the results were available in their portal after 8 days (including a weekend). Amazingly fast.

I do recommend you pay for expedited courier when sending your original prints. I sent mine economy, and it took 2 weeks from Auckland.

Bad, bad, really bad. Terrible, terrible, just terrible. The PDF version of the apostilled document was awful the stamp wasn't very clear, and there were black dots all over it. Honestly, they don't have good scanning equipment. I definitely don't recommend them; they charge way too much for poor service. I ended up paying another company to apostille my document and send it to me as a PDF, and it turned out much better.

Overall smooth process from start until the very end is when I had a problem. I was going to be traveing back from the United states to the Netherlands and despite trying to be proactive about communicating about the dates it ultimately arrived to my house in the US after I had already left back to the Netherlands and ultimately had to pay another $130 USD to ship the document from the United States to Amsterdam on my own dime.

Very through service and good guidance that helped speed up the process.

June 8th/9th(nz)Update after their crap reply and ignoring my emails: This claim they did me a favor was part of the 650 NZD package. They failed to make sure my details were correct before their associate requested payment. The form wasn't filled till after the fact and I have proof. I've been requesting this company to mail the one paper copy that is correct to me free of charge and they are ignoring me and any request to fix this which goes against not only laws in NZ but many in the USA too, one recently in 2025 for Biometrics. You have my identity wrong and that ca. Appear falsification and your company is refusing to correct it.

Terrible customer service. Took a week to arrange anything due to poor communication
Almost got the form wrong. I panicked, cried and got upset trying to fix this.
After said fix and my payment was uploaded and thinking all was well i found my application incorrect when I didnt do it.
Since then i have been trying to bring this to the teams attention as NZ has laws protecting customers with CGA, Fair Trade and NZ privacy act 2020. While even being quoted this by my partner they are still refusing to acknowledge me and then sent the paper copy by email like thats 650nzd worth of service. Im requesting some kind or correction or reimbursement as this isnt what I paid for and paper copy being mailed to me for free would fix this in the event INZ needs it. I started contact since 17th of may and its 6th of June. Just terrible. I work for a office and this would not fly.

Helpful team. Got my fingerprints done on FBI cards and the entire process took around 3 weeks overall including Fingerprints, postage from Australia to US and the FBI application process along with the outcome.

Globea does not understand the customer experience or measure their internal processes. I paid for expedited service. I had my fingerprints taken on a Friday morning, it was a week later that they sent my fingerprints to the US. They sent a note to me over a week ago that they finished early, but I still do not have the product that I paid for. Your response is inaccurate, I contacted your office in Malaga the following week and my fingerprints still had NOT left that office. To be clear, according to my calendar it took more than 5 weeks (you quoted 3 to 5 weeks). My fingerprints were take on the 24th of April and I received the Apostle on the 1st of June.
