AVOID!! I’m really disappointed and feel misled by GoGreenGadgets. They valued some of my devices at hundreds of pounds each, but once they get hands on them, the offers plummets, in one case my item went from around £500 to just over 50 pounds. I understand wear and tear, and a business needs to make money, but this scale of reduction feels unfair and misleading.

Really straightforward process, no hassles at all, easy to post and quick payment.

This has been a dreadful experience.

I was offered £680 for my IPhone 17 pro but when they received it they only offered £500. Not acceptable as Apple had offered £635 the previous day! Interestingly they said that the case was marked -interesting because Apple said it was perfect and the video I took before posting proves that.
Eventually the price went up to £615 which I accepted just to be done with it. I received an email from them explaining that I would receive an email after 5pm about payment. 14 hours past the deadline and I am still waiting.
I am so unimpressed that I have prepared a file of correspondence and screen shots to send to Trading Standards and the Police.
Finally, I have been advised by my solicitor that, if payment is not made, I should go after a CCJ against them.

So today my payment of £615 came through after a week! So the next day payment doesn’t actually happen!

Must admit I’m completely unimpressed and they never answer emails.

I wouldn’t go near them again and strongly advise no one else to either.

It’s been over a week now still have not received my money for the phone I sent in good faith be careful with this company (be warned)

Great service, didn’t think my phone was worth anything but turns out it was and a great bit of communication when my phone was received, payment was in my bank quickly aswell

This experience was very straightforward and easy to complete. Everything was simple to understand with a great price offered for unwanted tech.

The communication was great throughout what was a very swift process. It was so easy and the payment came through without any problems. Original quote was what I received. Very happy.

Steer very clear: My Initial quote was £315 after they received my phone the offer dropped to £60. I emailed them repeatedly and accepted £160 on 21st September, I finally received the payment on the 1st October.

My payment took 10 calendar days after the £160 offer was agreed, rather than being a same-day payment as they quote in their ads. I was just relieved to finally receive the money as I was unsure that would ever happen.

I sent my phone to them and it was in immaculate condition and adhered to all their conditions as 'good'.
They told me that I had done in excess of 500+ charging counts! and therefore they were dropping the payment to Poor!!! I hadn't done 500+ and showed them a photo as proof.
They returned my mobile and I have since sent it to Mazuma Mobile who agreed it was in Excellent condition and paid what they offered!
