I sent my phone to them and it was in immaculate condition and adhered to all their conditions as 'good'.
They told me that I had done in excess of 500+ charging counts! and therefore they were dropping the payment to Poor!!! I hadn't done 500+ and showed them a photo as proof.
They returned my mobile and I have since sent it to Mazuma Mobile who agreed it was in Excellent condition and paid what they offered!

Really happy with the experience from start to finish price was fair and fast process throughout with clear and accurate communication! would defo recommend this service

Everything was so quick easy and simple to do. I think they way to send the phones off and how fast you get your payment is really quick

Perfect service. Sent in an old iPhone I had laying in a drawer for years. Didn't think it would be worth anything but these guys paid me for it and paid me fast. Would use again.

Had very minimal damage to the phone e.g small scratches and the quote I was given was significantly decreased after I had sent the phone off, payment is also not made the same day as implied

I was initially sceptical when I seen the ad on social media, but I went across to their instagram account and checked out their reviews. They really are as genuine as they say.
Within minutes of requesting and accepting a quote, a QR code was sent to send off my old phone. They even provided me with a telephone number, should I want to speak to a real person and ask any questions. My phone arrived tracked and once inspected, they send me my offer. I could accept, or have my phone returned to me free of charge. I accepted the offer and the money was in my account pretty much soon after.

The fact you can’t see their rating due to FAKE reviews should tell you everything you need to know. Do NOT send your phone to these scammers. You will not get paid, unless you are willing to hound them for months. If you have sent your phone to them already, report to police, watchdog, and spam them on trustpilot and social media until they take notice.

When sent my phone to them, was offered a fraction of the price originally quoted. I understand the original price was for a pristine unit, but didnt agree with their revised figure. They then upped the price. I asked for the unit to be returned, then got the nonsense of getting a better price from a manager. I can't be bothered with all that and got phone returned. Case I sent it in was missing.

Quick payment, easy postage service and clear communications

Payment took longer than expected, and also I didn't get as much as originally quoted claiming there was damage on the phone that there wasn't. However, their customer service was great at talking through everything and guiding me through the steps, and with an easy WhatsApp service made it far easier.

Offer or £500 is a fraud. Phone sent in, no damage or scratches and offer changes to £175 due to dents. Video evidence of phone before sent off.
Beware, don’t make the mistake I made.

Honestly didn't think it was going to work, but i sent it anyway and they recieved it so quick and i could track what was happening with the phone and accepted the offer. It only took about a week for my payment to come but i was just surprised it did. Will 100% be doing again🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

Using this company was painful. The review of the product is unfair. They severely mark down your item. The price they offer will be absolutely nowhere near what they offer once they’ve received the product.
The timescale from when you accept the offer is bad. I emailed the company after not receiving payment on the confirmed date. They he reply was rude and was days after sending the message. They stated the payment would be late with no apology. The payment still didn’t arrive on time. My friend used this company and had the same bad experience. I would avoid this website if you’re wanting a good, honest deal with timely payment.
