One of the four bags of buckwheat opened in transit and spilled into the box, but I was able to recover most of it. Otherwise fine.

Great customer service after an order mix-up
The original order was incorrect — I received Essentuki 4 instead of Essentuki 17. Customer service took a few days to resolve it, but they ultimately sent the correct replacement order at no additional cost. The bottles were packed extremely securely and the replacement arrived quickly. I’m satisfied with how they corrected the mistake.

Great substitute when you can't shop in person.

Sent expired, spoiled food and mislabeled meat
I placed an order with GoStockUp and very disappointed . This isn't just an honest mistake—it is pure laziness, and zero quality control.
They literally packed and sent me items that were blatantly expired and unsafe to eat:
Eggplant Caviar: Sent a jar stamped with an expiration date of 08.15.2026. Delivering food almost a full month past its expiration date is unacceptable.
Mortadella: Packed on 07.13—nearly two months ago. On top of sending two-month-old sliced deli meat, the scale label had a printing error where the "Sell By" date was completely blank and cut off.
They are looking right at expired items on their shelves and tossing them into customer orders anyway. Delivering spoiled food is dangerous and shows total disregard for their customers.
But to the company defense, the customer service works great, man on the phone was very nice and professional and refunded me right the way and gave me 10% discount for the future.
