We had a very disappointing experience. Our order with perishable items arrived 40+ hours after it was shipped despite company’s commitment for FedEx overnight delivery of perishable items. As a result the order arrived damaged with ice packs completely useless inside the container. All the perishable items were damaged and even warm to touch. When we contacted the company and gave them an opportunity to make things right, they assumed no responsibility for what happened and for delivery issues. Disappointing response and we are not coming back. Poor client service. If you are considering to order perishable items, be careful.

I’m very pleased with everything. Package was delivered fast, glass jars were neatly wrapped in a bubble wrap, so nothing got ruined. Waffles cakes were in a separate box, and wrapped to perfection. No complaints at all. Love your prices as well. Will recommend you to my friends and family. Nice job guys!

This is my second time ordering with Gostockup. Twice a few items were missing but refunded so no issues there, I just wish that if an item isn't available it should be also reflected on the website. I will definitely order in the future. Thank you

Arrived spoiled, clearly don’t care about customers, shipping was 3,5 day in summer heat is too much. $32 dollar caviar to the garbage. Bread order unlabeled and soaked in water.

The packaging is very well and everything comes from New York to California in a very good shape.
Again, I love European food quality and products. My wife really likes the organic honey and everything we bought from there.

The products are really great. Customer service needs work. A little internal housekeeping is in order.

My first experience with Gostockup was positive. The communication about the placed order was timely. I immediately got a refund for the item that turned out to be out of stock. The FedEx delivery was planned within two days. But in reality, it was three. I was worried because I ordered perishable items. The dry ice the company added to the package melted, and some of my goods were in the water, but thankfully nothing was damaged. All tasted just fine. Products are mostly good. Some of them turned out to be a bit closer to the expiration date and were very dry. However, I am pleased.

I've placed several orders in 2025-26 and have been completely satisfied each time, with the latest delivery being quite fast, all items wonderfully packaged and in stock as indicated on the website. Keep up the great service.

I bought "marinated porcini mushrooms"—or rather, what the label claimed were porcini mushrooms—at this store. When I got home, I discovered that the mushrooms had absolutely nothing to do with porcini; it was a complete scam. When I contacted them to demand a refund, I was told that refunds are only issued for online purchases, and they refused to provide the owners' contact details or answer the phone. Furthermore, the store charges three separate taxes—New York State tax, a Nassau County tax, and some other Nassau County Transit District tax—which is completely illegal on food products!!!
Beware of shopping at this store!!!

I was looking for a particular item which I managed to find at Gostockup. The shipping was in the form of local delivery for me and it took a few days for the items to arrive. I was in no rush so all was well. They delivered the items nicely packed and right to my apartment door. I will certainly place an order with them again.

was looking for a Lovare tea at a decent price and found it and so much more, shipping was a very fair and it came so quickly. I will keep buying from Go stock Up as long as they continue shipping to Texas. Love the tea selections at unbelievable prices. Told all my tea friends about this store. such a great find....

I placed an order for 2 lbs of sable, to be shipped via Fedex Home delivery. Its estimated transit time was 1 day, but it was delayed during transit and arrived a day late. The dry ice refrigerant had sublimated and the sable packages were warm, so I felt for safety I had to trash them. I tried to check on this with Gostockup service but could not reach them by phone and they did not respond to an email.
Update: The company did respond to my email 2 days later and voluntarily refunded the full purchase price. I have therefore upgraded my initial 1 star rating.

I received Fresh Oils, they smell and taste execellent, far better than my top shelf grocery store oil, and I received a out of stock everywhere else item. So happy to have discovered Gostockup.

Good stuff all around. Two items were well past the expiration date. Could have a bit more ice for cross-country shipping. worth it
