Placed an order for 2 bags out of which 1 was out of stock but the customer service was quick in informing and helping me out with alternatives and i ended up getting something better than what i ordered earlier. Their delivery is as promised and the quality of products is great. I am excited to buy more things from the list in the future.

Found an off-white bag that I was looking for everywhere for a reasonable price.It was delivered a bit later than the expected date but it arrived in excellent condition and the quality of the product was great. Their customer service was very helpful in updating about the delays. I was very satisfied with my order.

ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!!!!! THIS WAS THE FIRST ORDER I HAVE EVER PLACED WITH THIS COMPANY, WILL NOT BE DOING SO AGAIN - SHOCKING SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS, IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. PLACED AN ORDER ON 13TH JANUARY, DELIVERY STATES 2-4 DAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE! AFTER HEARING AND RECEIVING NOTHING WE SENT AN EMAIL TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE ORDER THEY STATED IT WAS PROCESSING. A WEEK LATER WE TELEPHONED THE LIST AND WERE TOLD THEY WOULD PHONE US BACK A FEW DAYS LATER. WE HEARD NOTHING, AFTER MANY EMAILS TO WHICH THEY DO NOT REPLY, WHATSAPP MESSAGES - THEY DON'T REPLY TO THESE EITHER, AND SEVERAL TELEPHONE MESSAGES WHERE WE WERE FOBBED OFF, WE WERE TOLD THEIR VENDOR HAD A PROBLEM AT THEIR WAREHOUSE IN AMERICA - SEEMS THIS COMPANY HAS LOTS OF WAREHOUSE ISSUES AROUND THE WORLD IF YOU READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE! I TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER ON THE TELEPHONE LAST WEEK BUT THE LIST TELEPHONE AGENT ASKED ME TO GIVE THEM A FEW MORE DAYS BECAUSE THEIR VENDOR WAS EXPECTING THE DRESS I HAD ORDERED TO COME BACK INTO STOCK. THE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED ME SHE WOULD CONTACT ME AND SURPRISE SURPRISE NO CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE WHATSOEVER. I CANCELLED THE ORDER VIA EMAIL AND HAVE RECEIVED NO CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION AND WHEN I CHECK THE ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE IT STATES 'PROCESSING' THIS MESSAGE HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED. WE HAVE LODGED A CASE WITH OUR CREDIT CARD AGENCY AS THIS COMPANY ARE TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY AND NOT SUPPLYING THE GOODS THEY HAVE ORDERED. SOME OF THE ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE EXPENSIVE AS WAS MY ORDER AND NOT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION WHEN REQUESTED IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO STOP TRADING AND FALSELY TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY.

My order was placed in early October 2019. It has never been shipped and when I asked about the reasons for the shipping delay, I was provided contradictory excuses. At first THE LIST said they had problems at their vendor's warehouse in Dubai. The second time they said they had warehouse problems in Italy. At that point I thought that something fishy was going on and cancelled my order by the end of October 2019. I received a cancellation confirmation e-mail with a promise of a prompt refund. Three months have passed since the order cancellation and I am yet to get my money back. Like others before me, I filed a fraudulent transaction complaint with my CC provider. Buyers beware...

awful; 2 weeks to discover they didnt have my product and NEVER refunded the money. Had to file a credit card dispute...

Similar experience. Delivery was late so the order was cancelled but to date I have had. I refund and the customer support has now stopped responding. Not cheap clothing so a lot of money lost. Very disappointed

Place an order but got canceled by them, waited for months and no refund. Customer service does not answer the inquiry. Take a look at their social network pages and you'll see most of the comments are complaining and sometimes those comments will be removed.
