This website will take your money and will not refund it back I tried to cancel my order due to lack of communication and overdue processing time they keep sending the same staged email definitely a scam they took money off my debit card and said they couldn’t refund it back because it was a debit card and asked for another card information they have no business needing . I tried to compromise and ask for my payment back in a check form they refused

I’m worried that I have been scammed…

I’m worried that I have been scammed with my purchase, as I dont have a tracking number, am not sure when the purchase is going to be sent and therefore when I’m going to receive my purchase. I feel helpless!! I emailed the customer service and I still haven’t heard back. I think this website is a scam. Do not trust this website!

I've read the reviews to see if this site is a scam. Almost all the bad reviews are the same with my experience. I've made an order from this website a month ago but it is still processing. I emailed the customer service several times. They responded promptly but saying some excuses. It doesn't make sense how could some items take this long to be shipped. I think this website is a scam. Don't buy!!!!!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! My husband and I both ordered from here and we were delighted that even after ordering and receiving our products, we still got contacted to hear about our experience. Great customer service is hard to find these days. The website and app is easy to use, huge variety and reasonable prices. Will definitely revisit to order again and encourage all to use The List. Thank you for a great and definitely not last experience.

Pretty decent service with fresh new…

Pretty decent service with fresh new products which is one thing I love about the list. They are also very quick to refund any products that are not available but customer service can be a bit more responsive as i had to email them a couple of times to hear back.All in all everything eventually worked out.
