I wrote to Grab One because I never received the product I'd ordered even though the carrier company said it had been delivered.
After contacting G.O. they were very quick to assess the situation and I received my money back within a few days......Bravo to Grab One.Excellent communication,much appreciated

Didn't like the place I went to namely Redwood Clinque. The lady was very nosey as far as my personal life goes asking all sorts of questions which I object to. She wasn't friendly and I am sorry I wouldn't go back there

I accidently purchased a voucher for Auckland and i live in Christchurch. Grabone staff checked with the provider and i can now use the credit in Christchurch, thanks team :-)

The items (Philips shaver heads) were well priced and arrived in reasonable time (considering they came from overseas). However, they don't cut very well, and are only a little bit better than the old ones I'm replacing.
Maybe I should have got the original manufacturer item instead, at twice the price.

I accidentally sent some vouchers to the wrong email address and when I contacted GrabOne about it, the matter was resolved within 30min by a super efficient helpdesk operator. Super impressed.

I bought a voucher for curry for two, take away. Checked when shop open, and went to shop. No one there, no answer on phone. Tried phoning two more days, and got no reply. Tried one evening, and found that their opening hours had changed.
Being unwilling to go back again, contacted GrabOne and got instant help. Someone would work with shop to get their hours correct, and I was immediately refunded the Voucher price. Really good work, GrabOne. Thanks.

I just bought the most beautiful duvet cover from GrabOne/Linen House. I can’t believe how great the service was. It was at my door just about faster than I could blink and it’s so beautiful! I’ve just ordered another one. I had forgotten how great GrabOne is. I’ll be back soon for more goodies!

But buying a product for it to arrive and it’s incomplete and now waiting on a replacement just puts me off buying from GrabOne again.

I had an issue with not receiving a parcel. My query was answered in super fast time, a replacement item was sent out asap of which I received quickly. The comms was pretty much instant and clear. Very happy

I ordered a Linen House coverlet from Grabone on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday morning, so super fast delivery. Retailed at $319.00 (I googled it) and I got it for $80.00, I am beyond impressed, and so pleased with my bargain. Thank you Grabone.

When I had a dispute with a GrabOne vendor over a voucher I had purchased, I called on GrabOne HelpDesk to help me sort it out and they jumped right in and got me a refund promptly by liaising with the vendor. I appreciated that very much as a 10+ year subscriber to GrabOne NZ. Thank you so much. :)

Have bought many vouchers over the years, saving money, trying new places.
But if you don't use the voucher they will keep the money. This happened once because a place shut down and I didn't persue it with Grabone and another time I forgot to use before expiration date.

Absolutely appalled by GrabOne’s lack of integrity.

I write this as a merchant who ran a campaign for my “pay-as-you-can” chiropractic business last year. Around 30 people purchased my deal. Due to human error, 20 vouchers were accidentally not redeemed—meaning I provided $1,600 worth of chiropractic services but, because of GrabOne’s strict two-month redemption policy, I will not be paid for that work.

I reached out to GrabOne, explaining the honest mistake and requesting payment for the services I had already provided, but they refused. They are holding onto money that rightfully belongs to me. I have since informed the affected clients, and the response has been unanimous—they are appalled and will not be using GrabOne again.

As a consumer, be aware that GrabOne profits from unredeemed vouchers—they rely on people missing expiration dates so they can pocket the full amount without paying merchants.

Shame on you, GrabOne. You’ve lost a merchant and potential clients. This experience will be widely shared to warn others. Better of the go with group one or get in touch with the merchants directly to take out the 3rd party like GrabOne.

We got black doris plums through GrabOne - I never see them for sale where I live, so it was great to get a 4kg box.
