The hamper I ordered was for a friend who has just lost her husband, and they attempted delivery but because there was no answer they have taken the parcel to the closest post office - I’ve received an email that it’s ready for collection but obviously my friend has not received this so I’m hoping she has received a card from the post office to let her know she has something to collect - the box should have been placed on her doorstep, the last thing she wants to be doing is answering the door or going down to the post office - that’s if she even knows she has a collection to make. Super disappointed because now I’m going to have to contact her and ask her to go and collect it which defeats the whole purpose of the intention behind sending it.

Do not deal with Hampers with Bite
Our birthday hamper for a family member was delivered to an incorrect address manufactured by Hampers with Bite. Request to rectify the situation resulted in emails blaming their poor communications with their delivery company. The hamper was not redirected and we have no refund. It has been a month. We are escalating this matter and advise not to trust Hampers with Bite.

Really bad service and lied on delivery times…
Yeah extremely disappointing because they say they can do next day delivery for a price and I paid it and then I get no updates until the next day when I asked. Then they just send tracking information saying it will be another bloody 3 days. So why the hell am I paying extra for shipping. The only reason I selected Hampers with Bite was because they had a reasonable hamper and they could deliver for the birthday the next day but they will miss the birthday now by 3 to 4 days. It is extremely disappointing and complete sh1te and without cursing, here I am.

The first time we used Hampers with Bite, IT WENT WRONG. I asked for a delivery address to be changed within 1 minute of placing the order! I tried to call them, and no one answered the phones. We are going back to using Hamper World!

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering from them. However it was recommending by a reputed hotel and so went with it. Same story as what most others have complained about, paid extra to get the package delivered to a client who was there for a limited time, they checked out of the hotel and instead of 2 days the parcel got delivered a whole week later. In order to return the parcel and get a refund we were asked to pay extra. Appalling!!!

Placed an order on the 19th of April
Placed an order on the 19th of April, today 2 weeks later still no delivery to a friend we wanted to brighten up his day after feeling very down. When I query them where the parcel was I got told hopefully mid next week. It's not good enough. It's faster to send a hamper overseas than with this company to send to Brisbane. It's unexceptionable, and won't recommend this business to anyone or ever use them again.

Shocking service
Shocking service. I ordered a hamper as a birthday gift and paid $20 to get it delivered between 1-3 business days. After four days there was still no sign of the hamper being delivered. I rang up Hampers with bite and they advised the hamper was with the driver. They told me they would ring up the driver to get an ETA and call me back. Seven hours later I rang up again and they still didn't know when delivery was going to take place. I was told they were going to refund me the $20 delivery fee. The hamper eventually got delivered over a week later and I still haven't been refunded the delivery fee as they promised. First and last time I'll use them.

Firstly, I do want to apologise for the experience you've had with us and the stress and inconvenience this has caused you. This is not the experience we want you to have, and most definitely not the standard we expect.
Upon investigation into your order I can see you have disputed the refund on PayPal however you have put the full amount you paid and not for the shipping only. We have advised PayPal it is only needing to be $20 and we are awaiting a response for them to confirm this and action.
I do apologise for the wait and as soon as we have a response directly from PayPal we will definitely email you to advise.

Still Waiting
Ordered a $115 hamper and paid $35 delivery. It has still not been delivered after 10 days. Missed my dads birthday and still no word on when it will be delivered. Tracking says it has been delivered but hasn't. I have ordered many hampers from this organisation, and quite appalled that the service and delivery has slipped so badly.

A really lovely gift
We received a Hamper as a gift for Christmas time from our landlord. The products are not things readily available from supermarkets and are of a high standard. The hamper was packed well so there was no breakage or damage. It even came with a personalised card. Job well done.

Hamper never delivered, Australian Post said they tried to deliver twice - complete lie. Then told my son (the recipient) that he would have to collect it from a distant pick up point but never sent him the details. Hampers with Bite, finally gave me a partial refund but withheld the $25 delivery charge. Why? This wasn't my fault, why should I pay for that? My first experience of dealing with an Australian company from the UK to send gifts to my son who has recently moved to Sydney. Has put me off doing anything again.
Terrible dishonest courier services and awful and unfair customer service.

Hi, For weeks now I have been asking for someone (manager) from your business to contact me to discuss how you failed to deliver on promise for the hampers we ordered to be delivered at Xmas. You followed up with us nearly every day (bordering on harassment) until we placed the order... We ordered hundreds of hampers and now that there is a problem, you dont seem to have anyone available to get back to me. Thats a shame - you cant say i tried... so now I will share my dissatisfaction with you, so future potential customers can choose to use a better company than yours. DO NOT USE HAMPERS WITH BITE!!!

I, am as honest as the day is long however I am amazed at how you are not. I ordered and paid for, on 7th Dec, Item No 100629096. This in, good faith, to be delivered to Helen and Jayne Brown in West Leederville, WA, I even spoke to one of your reps on Thursday afternoon 28th. and he assured me that he had it in control and that it would be delivered that very same day This, of course, never happened. Half our hampers didn't get delivered. Trying to chase it up on the phone and no answer, like they pulled the phone plug. We spend thousands with this company for staff and corporate partners.

I don’t know if the hampers are any good, but the customer service is atrocious. I ordered a hamper more than a week ago, and have tried to contact in several ways, but nobody has replied to my many messages. I just want to know when it will be delivered.

Lost Hamper - unresolved
The sender of our hamper had our old business address Hampers with Bites called because there was a failed delivery and asked for the correct address. We provided this and they said they would redirect and redeliver the next day. It was delivered to the wrong address again and given to someone? We have not been able to resolve this after many days of frustration.

Extremely poor customer service.
I ordered 7 hampers on the 4 November and requested they be delivered on the 17 November '23. My order was confirmed and payment taken. I then heard nothing from the company. I therefore, contacted them on the 20 November to confirm delivery had been made. I received a reply email informing me that generic messages had to be used on the personalised cards that accompanied the hampers. I then wrote back asking if this meant my hampers had not been delivered as requested? I received no response from the company. I did receive tracking advice from the delivery company. The hampers were eventually received by the recipients on the 23 November. I received no apology from the company. Very, very poor customer service!
