I purchased a Groupon. Health source has redeemed my voucher 5/29/24 they have not sent my order & they’ve been so swamped with emails they don’t reply & can’t get ahold of them by phone.

This has been the worst experience trying to make a purchase online I’ve ever had. I redeemed a Groupon voucher for weight loss meds and was told there was a problem at the pharmacy. Waited weeks…no medication…asked for a refund…communication almost non existent…cannot talk to a human being. They finally canceled the Groupon order at my request since they couldn’t fill the order. Then they hit my bank account for $434 for a subscription that I thought had been canceled when they couldn’t fulfill the Groupon order. It’s been 2 weeks of trying to get my money back and the only interaction has been that they are looking into it. This company is a scam. I have been robbed of my finances and my time. Very stressful!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or Health Solutions. Still haven’t received any meds or a refund.

I finally got a refund after I reported the transaction to my bank. I am grateful for that but sorry it took so long and the stress of the whole transaction isn’t something I would anyone else to go through.

I purchased a Groupon, entered all of the information to redeem and entered my credit card to pay the shipping charges. Instead of charging me the $35 they charged me $434! Then said it was a mistake and would refund me right away. It has been a month. I never received the prescription or my refund.

Placed an order mid May, I was charged but never received product. Contacted the company via "text" they never answer when you call. They stated they would place my account on hold. 2 days later they charged me for ANOTHER order when I never received the previous. I tried to call/ text again, they ghosted me. A day later, I texted HELLO? They asked how may we help. I went through what happened and yet again they ghosted me. 1st thing Monday morning I called my bank and explained what happened and to block them from future charges. I got all of my money back today (Thursday). DO NOT TRUST!

I am having the same experience as everyone else. I had bought a groupon for some semaglutide shots that were supposed to arrive in 3-10 days. It is well past that timeframe. I tried to reach out to them by email and phone without any response. Now I think this is a fraud and will not be injecting myself with their products that can potentially be fake! I have contacted Groupon about this, but they need to do their research. I will reach out to my credit card company for a resolution soon if I do not hear back. I wish Groupon would do a better job to vet out their vendors before they sell a Groupon like this.

They pay $35 back for review.
I had Tizerpatide ordered by the telegraph doctor on May 21st. I was promised to receive within 7-10 days. However, today is June 10th, and I still haven’t received my order.
When I contacted them, they informed me that the pharmacy was experiencing a significant delay. I requested a refund via email two weeks ago, no refund have been issued!

To their credit The company resolved the conflict. I purchased a special on Groupon .

Scam company on Groupon. Sells prescription medications using Groupon prepaid vouchers, but cancels your voucher number after you enter it, then claim your voucher has already been used. I want my money back but get no response-$199.00. Hopefully Amex will reverse the charge.

BUYER 🔥🔥BEWARE!! This merchant has multiple Groupons under different names. I purchased a 6wk Semiglutide Groupon and continued with the monthly subscription. It was smooth process for first 2 months, and then I was charged ($389+$39 shipping) and never sent refill prescriptions, even after communicating with the Dr online and told it was approved for refill. The pharmacy informed me many people have had the same issue and called to inquire about where their prescription was. It’s supposed to be sent FEDEX and you should be provided tracking info. This was done first 2 times with no issues, then when I reached out to their “customer service” (that’s a joke), I was given a USPS tracking number! Contacted the post office and was told only a label was created with this tracking info, and there was never a package given to the post office with this tracking number. I was also told this is “typical of scammers.” Clearly anyone who lies like this is trying to get away with something!
After being charged twice and not receiving anything, I was able to get one month refunded ($389+ $39
shipping), and then I was bombarded with emails from them that were all different! Some saying my subscription was cancelled, I’d receive refund for $39 as courtesy, I’d receive refund for the “delay,” offering me discounts for positive Groupon review, but NO RESPONSE regarding any of my questions! There’s obviously a bot or automated response when customer service is called, no person picks up, and IF given a response by email or text (customer service is by text because nobody picks up if you call), the response is always that someone will get back to you, but they never do.
Health Source Online is absolutely the worse business I’ve ever dealt with! Customer Service is AWFUL and they will lie to you and steal your money, as well as charge you a huge amount of money and not deliver what you’ve paid for. They will stop responding once they’ve charged you $389+$39 for refill of Semiglutide, and never send it.
Thank God this is legal to dispute this charge on my end, and I intend to contact my bank.
Hoping this helps prevent anyone else from going thru what I’ve been thru!

UPDATE! This company is behind several Groupon storefronts not honoring or updating Groupon vouchers for 2+ weeks I’ve been lied to and given the runaround on refunding two vouchers I bought from what I thought were different companies only to be managed by these dishonest and feckless individuals. They said they would refund me, I asked Groupon they said that never happened, went back to the vendor and they claimed that they are still attempting to process my order. Which is a lie. I don’t know what is true I would like my money back and to sever all business dealings.

I initially used a Groupon and the price point for the service was good for the first 6weeks. Then the monthly price skyrocketed though they then offered a more reasonable price to stay after I cancelled. The overall process was easy and relatively quick. The website is pretty hard to navigate if you have questions for your doctor or about your order.

This is a scam company. Over a month and I have received nothing yet they charged my account so they must still be in business but will not reply to emails and their phone number and text is a robot that does nothing to help

Love this service. Been super easy to get the medicine and quick response turnover time with the medical staff. Lost 21 pounds in the first six weeks and it truly is changing my eating and habits! Will continue it as long as it’s available. Have referred many friends. Thank you thank you thank you.
